The old gañanía of the Hacienda has become one of the houses with the most personality and charm. Its exposed stone façade, its architectural details and the majestic natural stone that opens up in the wall, make La Gañanía one of our most unique houses. Its layout, with two separate bedrooms, located on either side of the kitchen/dining room, makes it ideal for families. From the living room, integrated in the spacious master bedroom, you can enjoy relaxing views of the Bay of El Terrero. The house is located just a few steps away from the infinity pool and solarium, and has a private terrace with views of the Atlantic. The Hacienda el Terrero estate has several cobbled streets that unify the complex and present a unique charm, composed of gardens and rest areas, with spectacular views of the estate and the Atlantic. We have an infinity pool rehabilitated as a swimming pool and solarium from where you can contemplate the incredible sunrises and sunsets.

In Fasnia, the unique holiday home Casas Cueva Alfer 1 offers an excellent view of the sea and mountains. The 85 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available. Guests have access to a shared garden with a grill. The holiday home also boasts private terraces (open and covered) where you can chill out in the evening.
