A wonderful stay! The apartment is fully equipped with all the essentials and more. The quiet, serene location offers a fantastic atmosphere, and the private terrace was perfect for our yoga and gymnastics sessions, all while enjoying the beautiful view. Supermarkets were within walking distance, and parking lots were conveniently close by. It did get a bit cold at times, but the apartment has a portable heater to keep things cozy. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit unpredictable, so we couldn’t use the cozy outdoor couch on the terrace, but it’s definitely a great feature for better days. Highly recommended!

Had a great 6 night break at PS3 in Marie's apartment. The apartment was lovely. Had great views and was wonderful to sleep with the windows open listening to the Atlantic Ocean.

From arriving at the airport Franco and Daiana were amazing hosts waiting for our taxi to arrive , from greeting us and showing us in to the apartment. They explained everything in detail connected us to the WiFi , and gave us their phone number in case we needed anything and they would be at the end of the phone . Franco even sent us a message warning us about the storm while we were there. We have stayed in the complex before so we are familiar with the area . The apartment itself the position near the pool was excellent, my husband has mobility issues so it was very easy for him to get around and also to accommodate a mobility scooter. The apartment was equipped with absolutely everything you needed from bin bags to cleaning materials and including all the cooking utensils and crockery . Change of bedding and beach towels included were a bonus . Absolutely as described and better. We would definitely recommend and are already looking to book again . I would definitely .

We had a lovely time time, we took our 3 children and there was plenty of space, they loved the dipping pool. It only took 10 mins to walk to Siam Park and the mall is at the bottom of the road which has a supermarket. Everything was as described and the views are amazing. When we come back to Tenerife we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, we had a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and we thought the apartment and views were even nicer than in pictures. With family it was perfect, the heated pool, spacious apartment and garage made life easy. Viktoria and Sergej responded always with no delay and are super friendly. Area was also good for us and I enjoyed runs along the sea and also on the hiking trail close by with amazing views. If you want to eat out a lot, be prerared that you need to walk a bit to areas with restaurants. Pool we had often only for ourselves so it was quiet and peaceful in the residential complex. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable!

Magnificent accommodation and in very good condition.

Amazing place, unique interiors and very interesting decor thought out the house. Ample parking space just outside the apartment. The donkeys visible from kitchen is clearly the USP. They had parrots too! Close to Teide with only 20 mins drive.

The unit has been exceptional. Very quiet area, mixture of cozy and modern, super-equipado with good appliances, the entire complex very clean and well kept, gardening, pool, gym, … Highly recommended for family travel because it is very well located focused in the South area but without getting to be in the most crowded areas. A few minutes by car to many areas of interest in the South. In short, experience and accommodation highly recommended as a holiday base in Tenerife to enjoy the entire island.

The site is located in a dreamy area. The views of the coast are spectacular, as well as the two infinity pools and the jacuzzi. The room is perfectly equipped for a few days. If I come back north of the island, we'll be back.

Absolutely fantastic place for four generations. Definitely go back . The only negative thing we could say was there were no mirrors in the bedrooms which we would strongly recommend when hiring out to ladies who need mirrors for their hair and make up and can’t do that in the bathrooms when other members of the family are needing to shower . Great check in , well stocked kitchen with herbs etc , washing up liquid etc . Great choice of kitchen utensils, comfortable beds . Great location near to beach , restaurants etc . From the age of 3 to 83 the villa worked for us all . Thank you

Lovely place to stay and very comfortable

A cozy apartment with stunning views of the coast and the ocean. The apartment is well equipped, including many amenities for children. Very quiet neighborhood. There is a public pool filled with ocean water in front of the block. The host is very communicative and helpful.

We just wanted to thank Joaquin and the team for giving us a really great holiday. From booking to check-out they were absolutely faultless and we had a fabulous stay in their apartment. What first drew us to the property was the photo of the stunning view from the balcony but I have to say, the reality is even better! The studio was much larger than I expected and it had every amenity you could wish for. The kitchen is really well stocked for those that wish to self-cater but you are surrounded by a multitude of bars and restaraunts should you prefer to eat out (we highly recomend the El Horno De Neptuno for the most delicious, authentic tapas). The apartment complex is very well maintained. There is a lovely relaxed vibe and the onsite restaurant has a good selection of food for days when you wish to laze by the pool. The host offers an airport transfer service which was great as they arranged our check-in and gave us a tour of the apartment. Thanks for everything. We loved it x

Lovely spacious and well presented apartment. Pool area is lovely and not busy. Seemed to be more locals than tourists so if you like to be a little removed from the main tourist centres but still have easy access then this place is great.

Everything was great. Easy to get to. Absolutely central location. Restaurants, beaches and shopping within walking distance. The place was clean and had everything you need. Priceless: The morning view from the balcony to Mount Teide.

Arturo communicated well very quickly answered my queries. The apartment was spotless. The bed was lovely and comfortable. It's in a fab location easy access to all pubs restaurants and the beach. Terry and I would come back and use the apartment again loved it. 😊 😊 😊

We had a wonderful time at Marina's apartment. The location is excellent, being peaceful yet very close to all major attractions. The property was impeccably clean and spacious. Finally, the host Marina was always at hand to make sure we are comfortable and providing everything we needed.

The accommodation is very good. The residence is very clean (inside and out). Nearby shops and restaurants are a plus. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Really happy with my stay at the apartment. Dominique was the perfect host and everything about the stay was positive. I know the area well, it’s a good place to stay, approx 15-20 mins walk into the centre of Los Cris but there are plenty of places to eat and drink a lot closer. The instructions to get in to the apt were comprehensive and easy to understand, comms were always fast, friendly and helpful (inc a hidden Thai I had never tried that was very good and just a few minutes away). The apartment itself is super clean with good quality fixtures and fittings throughout. The WiFi was excellent. The balcony is a good size and I enjoyed breakfast on there most mornings. The pool area for the complex is really nice, it has lots of sunbeds and there is also a pool bar. If you are looking for a good size, super clean 1 bed apartment in the area you can’t go wrong with booking this one. Would highly recommend.
