Holiday rentals with lake access in Aberdeenshire

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. It’s great for families or a group, very comfortable and clean and in a great location with easy access to loads of great places and activities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Vivienne was an incredible host who was always so proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. The house is incredible and in an amazing location, could not recommend highly enough!!!

We will always treasure the days that we spent at Loch Na Bo (Queen Elizabeth II knew!) Such a magical property. Loch na bo is truly enchanting with its history and amenities-- we enjoyed the history of the property but we were treated to modern day luxuries in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The property is easy to get to and convenient to explore the beauty of the Highlands and the Cairngorms National Park. Truly a one of a kind stay and one that we will keep in our hearts forever.

Beata’s space was great, compact and well set up with lots of thoughtful touches. The bed was super comfortable and a great size. It was perfect for our overnight stop and we loved Stonehaven with the harbour and nearby castle to explore.

We had a lovely stay at Dell Cottage. The cottage was the perfect size for me and my husband and our two dogs. We loved having the enclosed garden for the dogs to run around and the cottage itself was so cozy and lovely. While the cottage is located next to other rentals, it felt so peaceful and quiet. You are a little ways out of Nethy Bridge but it the upside is that you have the most stunning walking or cycling routes right on your doorstep. We had such a lovely welcome from Lucka when we arrived. She showed us around the cottage as well as the grocer they have on site which was a really nice touch. There was a really helpful booklet which had loads of recommendations for things to see and do plus restaurant recommendations (Andersons is a must!). We would definitely stay at Dell Cottage again!

This was a friendly beautiful house. It’s quite big but very cozy. We loved to sit in front with the barbecue in the evening and the sun in the morning. Inside it was a bit chilly but the 2 fireplaces are functional and easy to use. Milly was a friendly host and we had a really good time on the estate.

My friends and I used Darwin Cottage as a base while we walked the Moray Coastal Trail and it was an excellent location for us as close to some bus stops and the bus station. The cottage felt cosy and welcoming. There are three bedrooms but I would say the third, upstairs bedroom would be ideal for children, not necessarily for two tall adults. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even got fresh eggs after feeding the chickens leftover apples.

Angela's place in Findhorn is simply beautiful and we had everything we needed from the amazing location, to the accommodation itself being exactly as advertised to the way the apartment is decorated and furnished. Angela made everything very easy for us; it is true, she does reply within 1 hour and we felt so welcome when we arrived. The fire was lit, there was prosecco chilling and the lamps we already on. The bay in Findhorn is stunning and the apartment is right on the sea front. It's a short walk to the sandy part of the bay to see the seals and there is a lovely pub, The Kimberley, no more than 100 metres up the road. Everything was wonderful. I would highly recommend Angela's place and we will definitely stay there again when we return to Findhorn. Thank you again.

Rose accommodation was perfect , felt like home with 3 bedrooms, living room and bathroom were just perfect with walking distance to shops , restaurant and takeaways when in need Definitely be staying again when travelling to Findhorn Thanks again Rose

Excellent accommodation with everything you need for a break away. Very comfortable bed which is a big plus. I could not fault anything regarding our stay.

Junaid was incredibly friendly and always available to ensure our stay was comfortable. The Airbnb is centrally located in Aberdeen and just a short distance from several beaches. We had a great time staying there and would definitely recommend it for a small family.

Really warm welcome at this cute, cosy and well equipped cottage. It was also decorated for Christmas, which was a really lovely touch and especially appreciated by our kids! Great communication with the hosts. We would happily return.
