Water is provided by the Cromdale hills via filtration system. The Cabin is fully insulated and heated for a cosy environment. Entertainment consists of TV, video & bluetooth boom bar speaker. Placement of The Cabin is close to the back of the house which provides privacy for guests. WiFi is available.

Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese and an excellent Morrisons Daily shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

This studio flat provides bright and modern accommodation for two. Please note the flat has a sofa bed (we have spare mattress if needed). The flat is situated in the village of Ballater, Royal Deeside. Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.

Short Term Let Licence Number AS-00330-F Braemar and the surrounding area are fortunately unaffected by the fire near Aviemore. Our guest cabin stands by itself in the large garden of our little 19th century cottage. We are on the edge of the small Highland village of Braemar in a quiet situation, 150m from the centre of the village itself. We can accept ONE dog.
