Holiday rentals with beach access in Aberdeenshire

We stayed at The Grange No 5 for two weeks, and I have nothing but positive things to say. The little space was perfect for everything we needed, and we felt so at home. Everything was neat and tidy, and Shoana was on top of everything we might need. We appreciated the detailed instructions provided, and were so grateful for the quiet retreat. The beach is just a 0.5 mi walk from the house, and all of the attractions we wanted to see were within a 30-40 minute maximum range. Also all the little brochures provided helped us find hidden gems in the area (the Peterhead Prison Museum is a must!). We would 100% stay here again given the chance and highly recommend it!

Our 5th visit to the flat which says something in itself! The flat is ideal for my sister and my annual visit to the area as it has everything we need and more. We love the sea views and the friendly neighbours and look forward to another visit sometime.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Location is pretty quiet and super close to the beach. Lucie was very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

Amazing views and what fantastic sunsets. A very comfortable stay, an added bonus having a dedicated parking space especially during the tourist season. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We ate out each night and can highly recommend the Crown and Anchor close by. The Bakehouse also sells lovely food to take away.

Lovely private spotless apartment with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Situated in beautiful, safe surroundings- excellent pub at the end of the street and delicious fish & chip shop too. We will definitely visit again if there is availability. Thank you.

A lovely house in a beautiful location. Extremely well equipped and amazing views of the bay. Would definitely recommend this property. A must for anyone looking to relax and recharge.

Our third visit and it won’t be our last. We love the location and the cottage is so cosy. It’s quickly become our favourite getaway and this was a January holiday rather than a summer one and it’s just as magical!

Lovely find. The Smoke House is like stepping into a warm hug. We all loved the quirkiness of it. The fabulous social spaces. Really enjoyed our stay. So generously stocked with essentials.

Moira was a fantastic host from start to finish. She was extremely sensitive to our situation and nothing was too much trouble. The house was so cute and lovely; had everything we needed. We definitely would stay there again.

Well equiped and clean accommodation in a central location. Malcolm very helpful and happy to impart his local knowledge. Plenty local facilities with some excellent local restaurants. All in all a wonderful stay.

This Cottage was a beautiful addition to our trip! we spent 2 nights here and we felt right at home. The space was adorable, private, comfortable and Dean did an excellent job communicating when we had any questions! highly recommend

Had stayed here last year. Location is superb, living room windows look directly onto the see, rocky for hundreds of yards when tide out, water directly below window when tide is in. Wife hardly left the flat lol and loved the views. Top bedroom offers superb sea views and you feel like your at sea with the windows open. Worthy of note that access to the property is via 14/15 continuous steps leading to the front door and there is a set of stairs to the top bedroom. (important to be aware of if you've got mobility issues, as my wife has). As we have been before we knew what to expect this time round. Apartment was clean with decent facilities. Provided some feedback to host on some minor issues needing addressed which would have made the experience perfect. Great location to explore. Thoroughly enjoyed stay and will definitely be back. A lovely flat right in the middle of Stonehaven, only a minutes walk to the harbour. The flat comfortably accommodated my family, 2 adults and 2 kids. Well appointed and clean. the view from the kitchen window is worth the money alone and we saw dolphins jumping around in the bay from it. Lovely spot that I'd return to in a heartbeat.

David's apartment was superb. It was immaculate, extremely well equipped, exceptionally comfortable and provided everything we needed ... and more. The location was perfect - just a short distance from Inverness, in beautiful surroundings and central for exploring the surrounding towns and areas. David was proactive and very responsive with his communications. He went way above and beyond with everything. Every large and small detail was covered. David and Lisa were extremely friendly and helpful and their hospitality is unmatched by anything we have previously experienced. They were very thoughtful and generous with the provisions and little (and not so little) extras such as home baked bread, milk, eggs, butter, spreads, an array of teas and coffees and more. The Condo is the best Airbnb accommodation we have stayed in and we have stayed in some very nice places over the years. I would give it more stars if I could.

Three of us stayed at Richard and Julie's place for a couple of nights. Stonehaven was the first stop on our trip and it is a charming town. There's a lot to do there including strolling down the beach promenade, walk/hikes nearby, and welcoming restaurants! The flat is in a perfect location for all the things. It is cozy, clean, and comfortable. Richard was extra helpful providing suggestions for local places and tips for the rest of our stops. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but very responsive leading up to our stay.

Brilliant stay at this lovely apartment in Stonehaven, couldn’t fault it one bit everything was perfect and Jude was extremely helpful in providing local recommendations. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to visit Stonehaven!

Good communication, clean and comfortable, plus the possibility of parking in a parking space under the block. The location is perfect, the city center is close as well as the bus station. Except for the slightly noisy mornings 😊, but still the apartment is right on the port. We are grateful that they allowed us a 2 hour late check-out due to a late flight!

Had a very pleasant stay everything about the property was as advertised and the information included in the welcome pack was extremely helpful. Laura kept in touch throughout the time from booking to arriving helping to explain the car parking which enabled to park within easy walking distance to the property

The flat suited our needs perfectly. It was very clean and well kept and walking distance from the town centre. Parking outside was easy and although we did not bring ours this time, it was very welcoming for dogs. Being at the rear of the building it did not have the cathedral view from inside but as soon as you round the corner to the front here it is standing majestically in front of you. A picturesque walk over the river, alongside the cathedral and then past the Victorian park and you are at the end of the high street in 10 minutes. We would definitely stay there again.
