Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Our lovingly renovated apartment, with approx. 75 square meters, awaits nature and hiking enthusiasts, cyclists, alone, as a couple or as a group of three. Families up to 3 people, or 2 business people. Of course, dogs are also welcome. (Up to 2 dogs). They are particularly pleased about the large property and the stream that invites them to play.

Direkt an der Natur gelegen, bietet sie den perfekten Ort zum Abschalten, Entspannen und Durchatmen. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer (Betten: 2× 160×200 cm, 1× 180×200 cm). Zusätzlich lässt sich das Sofa im Wohnzimmer mit nur einem Knopfdruck in eine bequeme Schlafcouch verwandeln – ideal für weitere Gäste oder einen gemütlichen Filmabend.

On the first floor, you will find a bright, elegant living-dining area, a cozy large corner sofa, the fully equipped built-in kitchen and a guest toilet. On the upper floor there is a large wellness bathroom .You relax in the cozy bedroom with a great box spring bed (180 cm). Another room with a sofa bed (140 cm) / a futon bed 140 cm and a small writing/makeup table is right next to it.

Our magnificent grounds offer plenty of space on the outskirts. Many interesting excursions smaller lakes, swimming pools. In the evening just sit by the fire and enjoy the magnificent starry sky without much residual light. We offer the possibility to rent the party and seminar house barn next door.

With the 4-star vacation home "Brenzblick," we offer you an entire vacation home with a huge garden, terrace and conservatory, which we completely renovated in 2018 and prepared for you. You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

Come to rest - this is what the guests in our cozy and romantic cottage achieve. The apartment is upscale, modern and fully equipped with a ceramic stovetop, stove, fridge, coffee maker and dishwasher. The bathroom offers both a refreshing shower and a freestanding bathtub to relax and enjoy the time out. The authentic former farmhouse is located right on the Brenz cycle path, the award-winning Albschäfer hiking trail and the Ulm-Aalen railway line.

Cozy vacation home near Dinkelsbühl

Cozy little vacation home in romantic Middle Franconia. Just 8 km from Dinkelsbühl, the most beautiful old town in Germany. Here you have the perfect base for excursions e.g. to Dinkelsbühl, Feuchtwangen, Rothenburg or the Franconian Lake District. Legoland (about 110 km) and the Playmobil Funpark (about 70 km) are also easily accessible. Important note for workers/fitters: Maximum occupancy of 3 people Unfortunately no pets are allowed!!

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together. And if you want to be a little more for yourself without being alone, you can enjoy the action from one of the armchairs on the gallery.

The special feature of this newly renovated accommodation is the combination of charming wooden beams and modern furnishings. It is very easy to reach (whether by train, bus or car) and is close to the city. You can park for free in the immediate vicinity.

Guest room with private entrance

We offer you a lovingly furnished guest room with a separate entrance – ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. The room is equipped with a comfortable 1.40 m bed, sofa and armchair, a dining table with 4 chairs, a small kitchen with basic equipment and a smart TV. The bathroom for private use is located across the hall. You can reach the guest room via your own terrace (6 steps). This is a non-smoking room.
