Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. New bungalow/vacation home on the Ostalb

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

The shepherd's wagon by the river

This glamping-style Shepherd's Hut is located between a river and a paddock for horses and donkeys, making it a very special nature experience for young and old. Spend time surrounded by animals, sounds of babbling water and a roaring fire. This experience is off-grid, however, provides everything you need for comfort (power: 12 volts via usb!). Snuggle up by the fireplace at night, or get cozy inside by the wood-fired oven and sleep in a king size bed. It will be a memorable expericence!

Apartment by the river/guest room with charm

Whether with family, best friends, or work colleagues, everyone has enough space here with a total of 120m2 of living space... You'll stay in a beautiful house on the edge of town, right by the water, on the bike and hiking path. Königsbronn and Itzelberg train stations are each about 900m away. Free parking is available directly across from the house. A garage with tools is available for cyclists. P.S.: We heat with CO2-neutral regional wood pellets and use 100% green electricity!

A separate apartment about 100 m² with eight sleeping options in two bedrooms (from 4 guests) and two sleeping options on a sofa in the anteroom and one sleeping option on the couch in the living room in a new semi-detached house. Two shower options (without bathtub), two toilets (for 4 + guests). 148 cm flat-screen TV. If necessary, air conditioning in the living room for an extra charge of €10 per day. Billiards €3 per hour. Sauna (enter at your own risk) costs €12 per hour.

Cozy duplex studio in old barn

Beautiful duplex studio in the attic of a converted former barn. A separate entrance leads to the studio on the 1st floor. The open living room offers a corner for reading, a kitchen-living room, a fireplace and of course a dining table. The sleeping gallery with a double bed can be reached via a staircase. The separate bathroom with toilet is equipped with a bathtub. The house is in a small village surrounded by a lot of nature. Various hiking and cycling trails start here.

Albhaus Heidental - Vacation surrounded by nature

A few years ago, our house was converted from a former farmhouse into a vacation home and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Surrounded by meadows and forests, it is located in the middle of the Swabian Alps biosphere area. It is in a unique secluded location and is available for the complete exclusive use of our guests. Children and small dogs are also welcome. Escape everyday life, be in harmony with nature - experience all this and more with us.

The property is located on the first floor of a 4-party house in a very quiet location in Abtsgmünd. The apartment has separate, direct access. On 120 square meters of living space and a large, Mediterranean-style garden with meadow, stream, fireplace, hot tub and large terrace, you can relax with your whole family. Pets are welcome. All shopping facilities can be found within a radius of about 800 m. In about 500 m you will reach the Laubach reservoir.

Nestled between shady forests and expansive dirt roads, you will find with my apartment a place where modern comfort meets the originality of country life. The house from 1693 was lovingly restored. The old construction was completely preserved, but fully equipped with many modern conveniences. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers, and families.

Hygge in Hohenlohe? - The word "Hygge" comes from the Scandinavian. It describes a special feeling of coziness, familiarity and security. In the approx. 35 square meter vacation home you will find a special, warm atmosphere and can simply escape the stress of everyday life. The spacious terrace and the unique view of the Steinbach Valley has its own charm in every season. The cozily furnished cottage invites you to feel good and relax.

Schlechtbacher Sawmill

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together. And if you want to be a little more for yourself without being alone, you can enjoy the action from one of the armchairs on the gallery.

Vacation hut on the Alb

We want you to relax well in a truly magnificent landscape (nature reserve) on the Swabian Alb and forget your everyday life for the time of your presence. The cabin is 732 m above sea level. Our hut is on the Swabian Alb at 72535 Heroldstadt near Blaubeuren. It is about a half-hour drive to Ulm and about an hour to Stuttgart.
