Surrounded by meadows and forests, it is located in the middle of the Swabian Alps biosphere area. It is in a unique secluded location and is available for the complete exclusive use of our guests. There is a double bed in the bedroom, another one upstairs in the gallery and two single beds. The apartment includes a parking space right outside the front door. Look forward to a nice time out

The apartment is located in a semi-elevated location of Esslingen with a fantastic view of the city. The quiet location on a cul-de-sac guarantees relaxed living. The cozy living-dining room invites you to linger and the spacious bedroom guarantees soothing relaxation. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and the bathroom is bright and modern. Two small terraces are available and invite you to a sundowner at the end of the day.

Our vacation home is about 55 square meters with up to 5 sleeping places. Max. 2 parking spaces Adjacent to the stable/paddock. Open living area with living room, TV, Wi-Fi, fireplace, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Board games for a cozy game night are provided. Towels and linens are provided. It is about 1.5 km to the local outdoor pool.

Relaxing in the resort

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.
