The house consists of entrance hall, kitchen and living room into one with wood stove and heat pump, new bathroom and two rooms with new double beds. The cottage is located on a beautiful natural site, where you can often see deer and squirrels from the living room/terrace, and at the same time it is less than 200 m to the swimming pool, shopping and playground. The house is one large room and is located in Tøndermarsken in the southwest corner of Southern Jutland, near Møgeltønder, Rudbøl and Tønder. There are large windows with a view of nature and fields around 360 degrees and you can optionally close the view with blinds and make it more evening cozy as needed. In front of the house is the heron in the lake and there is the opportunity to see buzzards, swallows, ducks, etc., as well as large flocks of starlings in spring and autumn. Small cozy wooden summerhouse situated almost untouched on the water's edge of Aabenraa fjord surrounded by its own forest and with small creek cluttering along the house. The house is 50 m2 and furnished with a shared kitchen room, a bedroom with a double bed, small extra room with 2 bunks (194 cm long), toilet and bath. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has a beautiful view from the sea. From the terrace you have an additional view from the green fields. The apartment is only 200 meters from the sea. In a very safe area with ample parking. Family friendly environment, next to green areas. Hiking possibilities in the forest in the back. It is perfect for 4 people, if we open the sofa bed in the living room you can have 6 people in total.
