Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in 4th arrondissement

Highly recommend! Amazing location a couple blocks from a main transit area, but also half a block from the lovely canal, which is lined with lovely restaurants. We loved going to breakfast each day at a local place! Best of both worlds in terms of quiet and local, but also convenient.

Very nice and very well equipped apartment in the center of Paris, where 4 people can spend very comfortable beautiful days. The furnishings and condition were absolutely flawless, clean and well maintained, the location and connection exactly between Les Halles and Centre Pompidou could hardly be better. Contact in advance and access would be excellent, special thanks to Dominique for this! The beds were perhaps a little hard for our personal taste and if you want to leave the windows open at night in the summer, the street in front of the apartment may be a little noisy, mainly on weekends. But neither should stop anyone from having a memorable stay in Dominique's apartment!

The accommodation was very nice! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Communication with host was very smooth. Will definitely come back here again to visit Paris!

My daughter and I stayed for a week at this amazing place and absolutely loved it. The space is charming and spacious enough for two people and with the upstairs provides some privacy. One of my favorite things was listening to the Notre Dame bells in the morning. When you step outside you are in the middle of everything, perfect location! We also felt absolutely safe in the apartment and area at night. Highly recommend!

Tu Huong is an excellent host. The apartment is well located, perfect for lovers of the 13th arrondissement, there is everything nearby. I think we can't make it quieter in terms of sound in the apartment. Super equipped, there are towels, a hair dryer, umbrellas... what more could you ask for...

Despite the setbacks encountered by the host, which had to delay my arrival at the premises, Omar was responsive and quickly refunded the night. They are an available host who responds to requests. The apartment is clean, it has all the amenities for a stay in Paris. It is ideally located: close to the metro and in a quiet location. I would recommend the place.

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Valérie is very kind, we found a cozy, very pleasant space in her home. Comfortable bed, good shower, kitchen with all the necessary items for a 4-day stay. The location is close to the subway that takes us to the centre of Paris in half an hour. The balcony is a plus, where we can have a beautiful view of the sunset, and drink a wine at nightfall. There is a Carrefour downstairs, and restaurants that sell ready-to-eat food. I really liked it. Thank you.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Booked this place for my parents They enjoyed their stay This is their first time visiting France. The host gave a lot of house rules, but the instructions were clear, and she was communicative The environment, according to my parents, was really posh and nice!!! The only thing was that the electricity kept tripping whenever the kettle was on, but the host let us know how to turn it back on. (My parents ended up not using the kettle after a while because the light would always trip) Otherwise, I would recommend it—it's worth the price!! The accommodation has a lift, so accessibility was easy, which was a plus for my parents. There isn't a lot of closet space, but that wasn't an issue for them. Thanks for a good stay!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

Awesome place to stay in Villetaneuse. We stayed there for several weeks. Very quiet, relaxing. Well equipped with a very tasteful decoration! We highly recommend it!
