Pet-friendly holiday rentals in 4th arrondissement

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

He was a very good host, I felt at home. He showed very clear instructions and everything was very clean. I recommend it 100%, only that the Uber doesn't come to the door of the house and you have to walk down an alley to get to the house.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

everything went very well, Cyril was very kind and attentive. the exteriors are beautiful and it made it possible to make a nice surprise and a family gathering that was better than we had imagined thanks to the space available. We'll definitely be back next year hoping to have good weather Beautiful discovery of a peaceful corner in Île de France again thank you for everything, my sister was delighted and so were we 😊

Well organized clean place to stay in a quite building.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

The accommodation was very clean, well arranged and quiet, very relaxing. We stayed only one night, it was really perfect. And the jacuzzi is so relaxing, it's perfect for 2 people, with whirlpool games, light games it was really excellent thank you very much! The host is welcoming and ultra available with very quick answers (even if in itself no question was really necessary because everything is very well explained) Thank you very much!! We had a wonderful family gathering enjoying the great facilities and beautiful location with straightforward access into central Paris when required.

We loved our stay at Louis’ apartment. The apartment itself is very well kept and everything is clean and beautiful. Lots of unique and interesting touches. The lift was extremely helpful with our luggage and it worked very well. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Louis was an ideal host. He was extremely accommodating and provided us with prompt assistance whenever we needed it. The area around the apartment in the sixth is charming and anything you need is very close by. Wonderful cafés and restaurants and there is a supermarket just one block away. Almost everything is within walking distance, and Uber does come right to the apartment if necessary. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Louis’ apartment again.

Madeleine is great host and very responsive , it is a beautiful home in a good locality , metro station and bus station are at a walkable distance . We had a wonderful experience.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Pol’s place. The apartment was stylish and spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable. Great location, easy to get around Paris and a short 15 minutes walk to the Euro star which was very convenient. Nearby ( 5 mins walk ) we discovered a fantastic bakery Mamiche which had pastries to die for. Lots of supermarkets too if you wanted to stay in and cook. Kitchen is dinky but it had everything you needed to cook a nice meal, very well equipped. Great apartment, throughly recommended.

We immediately felt at home at Lucile's place. It was a clean, lovely flat and offered a relaxed atmosphere. The central courtyard feels very Parisian! We loved exploring the local area (with some great recommendations from Lucile) and it also offered a great base for exploring more of Paris!

Beautiful space, with extra high ceilings and a chic but easy-to-relax in space with massive windows overlooking a courtyard on both floors. Awesome neighborhood, with tons to do within walking distance but it’s a courtyard apt so absolutely zero street noise. Blackout shades in bedroom. Very organized and well thought out design scheme. Steep stairs to bottom floor but love that bedroom is nestled and private downstairs. Walk to everything in the Marais. Meer steps from Pompidou Center. Host lovely and responsive and easy going in best way allowing for slightly later check out. Hidden gem.

Best location, perfect layout with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms on separate ends of the apartment. Very quiet at night. Would return without hesitation. The building is very secure. Marie, our greeter, was extremely helpful at arrival, facilitating access to a bedroom and bath for a sick child while the rest of the apartment was still being cleaned. She suggested medication available at the nearest pharmacy. The kitchen is tiny, but the important things (espresso maker) and an adorable tiny dishwasher drawer were there. One has to be aware that the apartment (first floor) in an old building means a steep climb up beautiful old oak stairs. Fortunately, we had help from our fabulous driver Joaquim (arranged via the recommended website). All in all, we would return in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay in Awena’s beautiful apartment! Exactly as described and so charming in the middle of a great neighborhood yet always quiet. Would stay here again without question.

The accommodation, although small, is very functional and just as charming. he is also very well positioned in Paris and Thomas is very responsive to answer questions.
