Holiday rentals with an EV charger in 3rd arrondissement

This was, hands down, the best AirBnB experience we've had. The apartment is beautiful. It has everything you'll need, great space for a family or two couples traveling, it is incredibly well located both in a great neighborhood and with exceptionally easy access to the metro and RER. Magali is the perfect host, checking on you as you arrive and while you're there. She greeted us with a delicious bottle of wine and provided great nearby recommendations making our first evening so easy. There are two delicious restaurants just below the apartment and a fantastic bakery steps away. I cannot recommend this lovely place enough. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The town itself it beautiful-very walkable, lots of space and friendly restaurant staff. Catherine was so kind and flexible-our trip was delayed but she was able to work around our new timeline, and it made us feel much less stressed. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat from the bustling city, this is it!

This is one of those AirBnBs where I hesitate to write a glowing review only because I want to make sure it’s still available for us to rent again in the future 😉 This entire experience is what I wish all AirBnBs were. A home away from home that at once feels special and comfortable, lived-in yet clean and tidy, a place where you can imagine, for a short while, that you’re a Parisian local. The apartment was beautiful, quiet, and perfect for two adults and our 2-year-old. Philippe kindly provided a booster chair and a crib, but as she gets older, we plan to return and have her sleep in the twin bed. There were toys for her to enjoy, wine and a few groceries for us (thanks, Philippe!). We walked to the Jardin de Plants many times, frequented many cafés and delicious restaurants, shopped the Sunday markets - all in the neighborhood. We loved our surroundings and felt like locals. Grazie Aline per averci accolto nel tuo studio d'artista a Montmartre. Camera con bagno e ingresso privato, pulito e con tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Posizione eccellente nel quartiere, in una via con tutti i servizi ma lontano dal caos. Inoltre la cura dei dettagli nell'arredamento conferiscono la giusta atmosfera parigina. If you want to explore all Paris has to offer, this is a great place to stay. Very nice, modern everything, good bus and train connections. We had a great time and hope to do it again.

If I could I would love in this apartment! It is so beautiful and clean and chic! Location was wonderful and the bonus is there’s a grocery store right outside, making it convenient for a quick breakfast, snacks, drinks. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again

Really enjoyed the stay!

We had a lovely stay at this charming chalet as a family of three plus a friend. The chalet was the perfect size for us, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Our three-year-old especially loved the peaceful surroundings, and we really appreciated that there was no traffic or cars nearby—it felt very safe and quiet. The location was ideal too: tucked away in nature yet still very close to central Paris. A perfect escape with easy city access. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. A perfect escape with the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie! Dom przepiękny, przestronny, świetnie urządzony i w pełni wyposażony. Luksusowe łazienki, wygodne łóżka i kuchnia idealna do przygotowywania śniadań i kolacji. Do tego piękny ogród – idealne miejsce na relaks. Świetna przestrzeń do wspólnego spędzania czasu: bilard, piłkarzyki, dużo miejsca dla dzieci i dorosłych. Tarik to fantastyczny gospodarz – serdeczny, pomocny i bardzo zaangażowany. Na powitanie czekał na nas kosz owoców, soki, woda i pyszne słodkie bułeczki – piękny gest. Czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Z całego serca polecamy ten dom – jeśli wrócimy do Paryża, to tylko tutaj!

Isabelle’s place was really nice and in a great location for Le Bourget Airshow! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she responded always quickly! Great bed and great night sleeps! Good shops nearby with local good fast food restaurants! Would definitely recommend!!!

Le logement, impeccable était super confortable, très bien équipé, avec une vue extraordinaire! Quelques travaux en cours étaient déplaisants en matinée, mais nous ne restions pas à l’appartement durant la journée de toute manière. Déplacement en métro hyper faciles, immeuble sécuritaire, tout à été parfait!

Soreya’s place was great. It was exactly as described. She was kind enough to let me check in early. She even met me at the place. There were places to eat and a supermarket within close proximity. There were 2 metro stations within walking distance which could transport to all the great Paris sights. I highly recommend Soreya’s place to stay.

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Super clean, Mathieu was super responsive and friendly, and it was a great spot for being very near Paris but not quite in paris, so much quieter.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

Für unseren Besuch von Paris und Disneyland war diese Wohnung ideal. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Metrostation und alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer, Restaurants...) innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Bry sur Marne ist wirklich zauberhaft. In der Wohnung war alles zu finden, was wir benötigt haben, sie war sauber und verfügt über Rolläden in den Schlafzimmern. Wir können die Wohnung und Nathalie als Host nur weiterempfehlen.

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!
