Holiday rentals with an EV charger in 3rd arrondissement

This was, hands down, the best AirBnB experience we've had. The apartment is beautiful. It has everything you'll need, great space for a family or two couples traveling, it is incredibly well located both in a great neighborhood and with exceptionally easy access to the metro and RER. Magali is the perfect host, checking on you as you arrive and while you're there. She greeted us with a delicious bottle of wine and provided great nearby recommendations making our first evening so easy. There are two delicious restaurants just below the apartment and a fantastic bakery steps away. I cannot recommend this lovely place enough. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Spectacular location in the heart of Paris. We walked everywhere during our weeklong stay. The neighborhood is vibrant and everything you need is within a couple of blocks, including the Seine! Hosts were friendly and helpful, went out of their way to share local recommendations. The space is lovely and had all amenities.

A perfect location and lovely host. Comfortable, quiet at night, with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We had everything we needed in this charming space, including a washing machine and drying rack for laundry. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Paris.

We had a great week in Valerie's lovely apartment. Very cosy and comfortable in an excellent location. We had everything we needed inside and the outside choices, so many to choose from, with food, restaurants, shops and lovely walks.

In a very good location.There was a subway station and bus stop just a short walk away, making it convenient to get to anywhere.There was also a delicious cafe and a bio grocery store by the house, so I had no trouble eating out or cooking my own meals.There are also a few parks where children can play, which was helpful.The Sacre Coeur was also just the right distance for a walk.Aline was always quick to respond and helpful in times of need.He always explained things politely.The neighborhood was really beautiful.I felt like the resident downstairs knocked several times.Maybe the footsteps can echo easily.

If I could I would love in this apartment! It is so beautiful and clean and chic! Location was wonderful and the bonus is there’s a grocery store right outside, making it convenient for a quick breakfast, snacks, drinks. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again

A place that's above our expectations. Probably the best of the ones we frequented, in terms of equipment on all levels! In addition, communication with Erlend is excellent. The unit is very well located for merchants and transportation. Widely enough to forget the 4 floors without elevator. We would definitely recommend it.

Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Really enjoyed the stay!

We had a lovely stay at this charming chalet as a family of three plus a friend. The chalet was the perfect size for us, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Our three-year-old especially loved the peaceful surroundings, and we really appreciated that there was no traffic or cars nearby—it felt very safe and quiet. The location was ideal too: tucked away in nature yet still very close to central Paris. A perfect escape with easy city access. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. A perfect escape with the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

Everything at the highest level! Beautiful, spacious, well-decorated and fully equipped house. Luxurious bathrooms, comfortable beds and a kitchen perfect for preparing breakfast and dinner. In addition, a beautiful garden – the perfect place to relax. Great space for spending time together: billiards, foosball, plenty of space for children and adults. Tarik is a fantastic host – warm, helpful and very committed. A basket of fruit, juices, water and delicious sweet rolls awaited us as a welcome – a beautiful gesture. We felt really cared for. We wholeheartedly recommend this house – if we return to Paris, it will only be here!

Isabelle’s place was really nice and in a great location for Le Bourget Airshow! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she responded always quickly! Great bed and great night sleeps! Good shops nearby with local good fast food restaurants! Would definitely recommend!!!

The houseboat is superb, the rooms are very comfortable. Perfect for a group of 10. Thank you for the welcome.

Soreya’s place was great. It was exactly as described. She was kind enough to let me check in early. She even met me at the place. There were places to eat and a supermarket within close proximity. There were 2 metro stations within walking distance which could transport to all the great Paris sights. I highly recommend Soreya’s place to stay.

Super clean, Mathieu was super responsive and friendly, and it was a great spot for being very near Paris but not quite in paris, so much quieter.

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

We loved staying at this location, the neighbourhood is so lovely, you can find in there anything you need. The place easily can fit 6 people, mattress are comfortable and our kids enjoyed watching Netflix. The communication with host was very easy and helpful

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!
