The perfect location and the perfect host. Sitting drinking wine on the balcony whilst watching the world go by was a great highlight, recommended!

We loved Gerald's apartment. Near the Republique (multi metro lines go through here) and not far from Canal St Martin (lovely area). Gerald was so very accomodating from waiting for us when we arrived later in the day, helping us with great places to eat, check in was a series of pictures to get us to the correct door and helping us get to the airport during a taxi strike. The apartment was immaculate, quiet and overall just perfect. I cant wait to go back and stay again. I wouldnt change a thing because everything was perfect. Thank you so much Gerald😊

Fabulous little apartment in the heart of Montmartre. We had a lovely stay, exploring Paris. It was also quite special for us that this was somebody’s home as opposed to a cookie cutter IKEA decorated soulless apartment like so many other Air bnb are these days. We had a lovely meal at the cous cous restaurant opposite and I was particularly excited to have a gluten free croissant from the gluten free bakery a few minutes walk away. We would definitely return.

Wonderful apartment! Beautifully finished, helpful amenities like a hairdryer and steamer. A nice walk to the main areas so we never took the metro. A bit of a climb up the stairs but worth it!

A charming attic apartment in a great location, just a short walk from the Tuileries Garden and close to the metro. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The space is small but smartly arranged and comfortable for a short stay. The only inconvenience was the elevator: although the listing mentions it has an elevator, during our visit it only operated up to the 3rd. The 5th floor doesn’t have elevator access at all, so we had to walk up from the 3rd to the 5th floor. Still, overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay! :)

Laura's house is great to visit Paris, 1 min from the metro stop, lovely French style apartment. Laura reply to our messages immediately and she worried about heaving all instructions we need. Great option for a short visit of Paris. minor comment: small table if you want to eat at home

Margot was so sweet from the beginning! My boyfriend and I stayed for his 30th birthday and we’ll never forget it. The place was so cute, spacious and in a perfect neighborhood. She always responded so quickly and everything was super easy!

The host was very helpful and kind. The location is perfect: close to many metro stations and on the way home there are many places full of young people. At the same time, it is a quiet area. The room space is really small but doable. The building is nice and quiet.

Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus among colleagues. Accommodation located in a semi-basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious home. Felt very safe and everything was within a 5 minute walk.

Great stay at Eric's. The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. Very convenient. and Eric is really nice. Thank you very much.

A big thank you to Yacine, loved the place, checking in was easy Yacine met us on arrival, all prior communication with Yacine was fast, great to have private parking. And Yacine was on hand if we needed anything, 5/10 minute walk to various restaurants, would definitely visit again.

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

A gem of a place and a gem of a host The location is in the heart of the Marais but the apartment was quiet. Jeremy went beyond the call of duty to help us out with our arrival and departure- meeting us upon arrival with fruit from the local morning market.

Excellent experience, can wholeheartedly recommend! The place is located in a very nice vibrant part of Paris, walking distance from most attractive spots. The apartment itself is comfortable, convenient, exceptionally tasteful and cozy. Appreciate the hospitality and quick replies from Julien!

The apartment is located in a multicultural area, with international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Vicent is extremely friendly and was waiting for us to welcome us and help us with our luggage. I should also mention that the apartment is fully equipped. Thank you Vicent for your hospitality

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

The room was just as cozy and charming as shown in the photos. It’s located in a quiet area, yet very convenient with a bus stop and metro station nearby. There’s also a delicious bakery close by! Most importantly, the host was incredibly friendly, responded quickly, and kindly accommodated our arrival time, which made our trip to Paris a truly pleasant experience.

By far one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Paris. Albeit just outside city limits, you’re minutes from the metro and the garden view outside the living room and kitchen windows are something I’ll cherish for years to come. Xavier set up the place beautifully, was accommodating and very sweet. Highly highly recommend
