Welcome to our home, a former hotel room in a beautiful 30's building registered as Historical Monument, on the 5th floor with lift, with a large private terrace overlooking the canal and the rooftops of Pantin, nicknamed "New Brooklyn". Located in the centre of the "Golden Triangle" (Hoche district), in the immediate vicinity of Paris, it is close to all amenities and transport in a quiet environment, between the Canal de l'Ourcq and the Parc de la Villette.

Appartement 2 pièces, cosy et équipé, près des Buttes-Chaumont et du canal Saint-Martin. L'appartement se situe au 2ème étage (for our American friends : ground floor + 2), avec ascenseur et se trouve à 600 mètres du magnifique parc des Buttes-Chaumont, et 100 mètres du quai de Loire et du canal Saint-Martin. Les stations Jaurès (ligne 2 et 5) et Bolivar (ligne 7 bis) sont à 3 minutes à pied.

Appartement refait à neuf pour moi d'abord :) Et aussi pour les voyageurs à qui j'aime faire visiter mon quartier en particulier les zones alternatives.
