Holiday rentals with breakfast in 18th arrondissement

Die Unterkunft von Dale und Gilles ist wie eine kleine Insel der Ruhe in der Metropole Paris. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet (unter anderem gab es auch Kaffee, Tee und ein paar Snacks im Kühlschrank), man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig, mit der Metrolinie 9 kommt man schnell ins Zentrum von Paris. Dale und Gilles waren wunderbare Gastgeber, sie haben uns früheren Check-In ermöglicht, uns persönlich empfangen und tolle Tips zu Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren glücklich, bei Dale und Gilles wohnen zu dürfen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage bei Euch!:)

Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Le logement est très bien équipé, très propre, bien situé et au calme. Mon fils a beaucoup apprécié le logement. Merci à Justine pour son accueil.

Madalena ha sido una anfitriona maravillosa, desde el principio, antes de llegar siempre a respondido rápido a cualquier pregunta. Una vez en su casa ha estado atenta a cualquier necesidad que he podido tener, haciendo todo para que me sintiese como en casa. La casa esta totalmente equipada, con todo lo que se puede necesitar. Muy bien decorada y muy acogedora. Muy bien situada, a 10 m andando de la estación de tren y con autobuses a 2 m. El zona donde se encuentra es muy tranquila y segura. Gracias Madalena por tu hospitalidad!!!!

Moment suspendu. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce Airbnb. Au delà du logement. Nous avons vécu une véritable expérience que Yohann et son épouse ont su créée. Et celle-ci a commencé dès les premiers échanges téléphoniques . L’endroit est magnifique. Les ôtes ont su répondre avec éclat à toutes mes demandes complémentaires (décoration, petit déjeuner). La ville est aussi très très charmante. Yohann nous a merveilleusement bien accueilli. Nous avons eu des échanges très chaleureux et sympathiques. Je n’exagère pas sur mon retour. Il s’agissait de notre premier anniversaire de mariage, je les remercie sincèrement car ils ont participé à ce moment exceptionnel. Je recommande!!!!

This was for sure the best experience we've had. The apartment is super cozy and at the same time quite spacious, with a separate bedroom and living room. It is located in a great district that is a pleasure to explore and get a feeling of real Paris without too many tourists. Two metro lines within 1-minute walking distance to get to all the tourist attractions you could imagine :) Anne Sophie is a great host, she was responsive, gave us tons of local recommendations, and provided all the necessary instructions. She cares about her guests and it feels in every detail. Anne Sophie made our trip unforgettable and we definitely would love to be her guests again :)

We loved our stay at Clement’s gorgeous apartment and immediately talked about coming back as we started our drive home. The apartment is beautiful, sitting on a quiet tree lined street right around the corner from a bustling hub of restaurants, wine bars and parks. We enjoyed our days checking out some of the recommendations from Clement and visiting record stores. The space itself is everything you need and more with a movie projector and well appointed kitchen making for nice nights in. Can’t recommend enough! Merci Clement!

Tolle Unterkunft, wenn man eine Veranstaltung im Stade de France besucht! Würde ich definitiv wieder buchen, wenn ich nochmal da bin.

Very cool apartment on a quiet street in a beautiful and busy area of Paris. We loved the decoration and furniture, and we felt completely at home. Benjamin is a wonderful host, thank you for having us!

Le logement était petit mais fonctionnel . Nous sommes arrivés avant l’heure de la remise du logement , elle a pris mes bagages en consigne le temps que tout sois propre . Elle fournit le déjeuner ,je m’attendais à moins alors nous avons pas été déçu . Nous avons pas pus profiter de sa terrasse extérieur le temps était pas au rendez vous . Nous sommes partis tôt , avant sont retour alors nous avons pas réussis à la remercier personnellement , mais nous l’avons fait par l’entremise de sont mari .

Laure's place was a dream to stay in! This is the most beautiful space I've had the privilege of staying in, not to mention the amazing views from the large windows facing the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre. We arrived at sunset and were greeted by an atmosphere that is well worth the six floor walk up. Laure was extremely friendly and welcoming, with lots of recommendations, and very responsive and accommodating to any issues we had. We were also welcomed with a bottle of wine, which was the cherry on top of our lovely stay. The area the flat is in is a bit of a busy one and quite chaotic once you're outside, but inside the space was like a little heavenly haven. Not to mention, the area is very walkable to restaurants, cafes, bookshops, and tourist attractions. Highly recommended host and space, we really never wanted to leave!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, dans bel appartement situé dans un environnement particulièrement calme loin des bruits de la ville, proche du bois de Vincennes où notre chien a pu profiter des joies de gambader dans un grand espace vert.

Alain is a very welcoming, kind and insightful host. The location is great to move around Paris and the room has the most amazing view. Alain’s apartment feels like a museum and every detail holds a story. I will definitely come back and you should definitely stay with him!

Indulge in the green and the garden, so well cared by Veronique and her family. 1 km away from Bièvres time slows down and you can find your accommodation in a fairy corner of this region. Excellent also for a pit stop before/after Versailles and Giverny

동네가 마레지구라 주변 환경이 깔끔하고 고풍스러운 건물도 많고 주변 상점들도 많았습니다 동네가 아름다워서 추천하고 싶습니다 지하철 역과도 가까웠고 1층이라 살짝 소음이 들릴 수 있는데 창문이 소음 차단을 잘해줘서 여행 후 기절하면 중간에 깨는 일 없이 잘 수 있습니다 Morgan님이 제공해주는 조식도 너무 좋았고 정말 친절하셔서 행복한 숙소였습니다 28인치 캐리어 구석에 펼칠 순 있는데그러면 통로가 막혀 불편하긴 합니다 화장실도 작아서 성인 남자면 힘들 수 있습니다 여성 두분 여행 할 때 추천하는 숙소이고 화장실은 작지만 정말 깔끔했고 드라이기 바람도 세고 면봉이랑 화장솜도 있고 티슈도 두껍고 중앙에 거울이 크게 있어서 좋았습니다 침대도 크고 매트리스 푹신해서 좋았습니다 웬만한 관광지랑 모두 가까워서 완전 추천하는 숙소입니다

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

We loved our stay at Laurence's home. The location is fantastic, a short walk to pedestrian zones with restaurants and shops, the River Seine near Notre Dame cathedral and other sites; and Metro and bus. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely room overlooking the Saint Jacques tower and park. The space is a little unusual with the bedroom, toilet, and sink/shower all in different rooms off the shared hallway, but Laurence respected our privacy and we felt very comfortable with the set-up. We highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future. Laurence: thank you for being such a friendly and accommodating host - we really enjoyed chatting with you.

Super schöne kleine Wohnung in einem tollen Viertel. Paris ist von dort aus super zu erkunden. Metro fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Stadt mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had three very good days (and nights) at Dominique and Erik's top floor. It's a unique place with more books on art you'll be likely to be able to look at. A large living room under the roof, next to bedroom and bathroom, decorated tastefully, quirky, friendly and with lots of art. It's minutes from the Metro and an easy walk to the Jardin du Luxembourg or the Rue Mouffetard/Contrescarpe or Rue Monge restaurants in the evening. Dominique is not only a very friendly host but as well has great suggestions for what to do or see in Paris - whether you're a first timer or there for one of many returns.
