Perfect place to enjoy Paris while being in a quiet location

I couldn’t have chosen a better place—or better hosts. Slyde, and especially Frederic, were more than just welcoming; they took the time to show me around and introduced me to wonderful people. I gained a lot of perspective both in art and life by having a lovely conversation with them. Aulnay-sous-Bois is a quiet yet vibrant and well-connected community, and the hosts represented the town perfectly. The room was cozy, and the house itself is filled with remarkable works of art. And as lovely as it was, it was also convenient—just a 3–5 minute walk to patisseries and grocery stores, another few minutes to the train station, and only 20–30 minutes from the heart of Paris. It was a beautiful experience—one that made it easy to call this place home, even if only for a few days.

One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at! So calming, cool and stylish. And big! Everything is there, yet the space is so zen and quiet. Great pizza just a few steps away, a comfy bed and lovely couch to chill out on. In a very cute area of Paris with a street with lots of nice restaurants and a good deli. We will be back!

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

Berenger’s place is an absolute gem. Beautiful area, roof top garden, lots of attention to detail in the apartment itself. Coffee every morning in the garden was a delight. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment to anyone visiting Paris. The bed was fabulous!!!!!

The flat is great and spacious. It includes a desk with a good chair (really useful if you are working). It also has a balcony which is enjoyable. Because of the localisation of the place I was worried aboutvibrations and noise, I should not have been, the place is really quiet and well isolated. I got a little confuse on how I was supposed to get in, but there was simply a lockbox with a key. Overall I had a great stay and would stay there again.

Had an excellent stay at this airbnb - it’s a beautifully decorated split level apartment. so much bigger than the pics seem and lovely light with big windows! we loved the plants and tasteful decorations. area is great - lots of lovely restaurants and bars on the doorstep and easy metro access. the flat was quiet at night and we slept very well. great hosts too! would definitely recommend this airbnb.

Clara is a caring host and always available! The apartment is bright, clean, quiet, very pleasant to live in and in a lively area where there are all the amenities. Johanne’s place is beautifully designed and decorated, well equipped and very well located close to Gare de Lyon. The neighbourhood has some very nice restaurants. We would happily return. Johanne is a great host: good communication and with attention to details. Thank you!

Regarding the host: Mathieu will be very responsive, concerned about your well-being and quick to give any advice you want! Regarding the accommodation: it is in the image of the host and it is even better than in the photos, everything you need is provided (and for us ladies, even the hair dryer)! The sofa bed is very comfortable, the apartment is very bright, the building is very quiet and very clean, the incredible view and the sun will make your evenings very sweet! Rarely seen a home that lives up to its promises to this extent! Bonus: you will have slippers (men's and women's sizes) on arrival! Everything is done to make your stay perfect and peaceful! It's clean, it's beautiful, it's clear, it's functional, it's perfect! This is the apartment I will recommend to everyone, to any couple (maybe less so to families), as a Parisian, the cocoon I would like to have! Go for it, before I steal it from you ;)!

This was the first time I've ever rented an Airbnb. I am now ruined! But in a good way. My experience at Isabelle's place was just fantastic from beginning to end. Isabelle answered all my questions prior to arrival, and I had plenty. The actual apartment is exactly as it is depicted in the photos and the description. There were no surprises. The apartment was a great place for us to stay for nine nights. We so appreciated that there is a washing machine there. Made packing so much easier. The location was such a great discovery. We had been to two of the nearby restaurants, but had been there only in the evening, and never explored. The neighborhood is so vibrant, with loads of lovely cafes, restaurants, food shops (found a nice cheese and a nice ham place), two markets, and between two metro stops. We will mostly certainly return.

My second stay at Cecilia’s place was great! Both she and her husband (Simon) were great hosts. The place was lovely and neat as usual. I’ll always consider staying at their place whenever I visit Paris!

I had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s place. Small but efficient. Always had my breakfast at home. It was wonderful to have the balcony and the wonderful view of Paris and many landmarks as well. Getting to and from the apartment on foot or using metro was very easy. Vincent was very communicative and welcoming. A friend of his welcomed me on my arrival and showed me around the apartment. I was very comfortable and felt safe. I certainly would return to Vincent’s place when I return to Paris.😁❤️ I felt at home and relaxed. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again soon.

Clear directions, very helpful host and timely responses. Beautiful and spacious place

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Pros: The view from the apartment is great and you can see the Eiffel Tower light up at night. The location is located close to several Metro lines, which made it easy to get around Paris and to Versailles. It was also nice to be in a low-traffic area plus the restaurant/bakeries/grocery close to the apartment were very good and convenient. The washer/dryer in-unit is useful if you pack light and need to rewear. Remi was pretty responsive and was flexible with our check-in, which we greatly appreciated. He also has a booklet with clear instructions as well as books on Paris with recommendations. Cons: Washer/Dryer was a bit smelly during our stay. Both beds were sofa beds and the sheets were a bit itchy. The apartment tends to get a bit hot at night as it is on the 19th floor. The toilet is in a very tight space. Overall, I would recommend this place as it was a great deal with minor inconveniences. My friend and I stayed a week and it was well worth the value.

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

The apartment was perfect. It was close to a metro line, which we discovered a few days in but was well worth the overall savings costs. Martine was very responsive. It got really cold and she brought over a space heater that heats the entire apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and if it's just the 2 of us, we'd love to stay there again.
