Pet-friendly holiday rentals in 13th arrondissement

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Clean and functional accommodation, simple and efficient. Elisabeth is very responsive and allowed me to have a pleasant stay. The bed is very comfortable and smells like laundry. A night just like at the hotel! Nothing to say Perfect Thanks again

He was a very good host, I felt at home. He showed very clear instructions and everything was very clean. I recommend it 100%, only that the Uber doesn't come to the door of the house and you have to walk down an alley to get to the house.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the apartment. Mickael quickly resolved all the problems I reported to him. An excellent option for one or two travellers.

I had a lovely stay at Christel's. She qas very reaponsive to messages and gave easy instructions to follow. It was near a main metro line into Paris and was a great base for my days out visiting the city. Roscoe the dog was an added bonus!

This is my second time to come. It’s very convenient and easy to have my own space. The only thing is a little hot because no cold air conditioner.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. A pleasant relaxing break close to Paris. Clean and well-appointed accommodation, you feel good there. The hospitality and availability of the host is a real plus, not to mention Kili's company!

Well organized clean place to stay in a quite building.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

The accommodation was very clean, well arranged and quiet, very relaxing. We stayed only one night, it was really perfect. And the jacuzzi is so relaxing, it's perfect for 2 people, with whirlpool games, light games it was really excellent thank you very much! The host is welcoming and ultra available with very quick answers (even if in itself no question was really necessary because everything is very well explained) Thank you very much!! We had a wonderful family gathering enjoying the great facilities and beautiful location with straightforward access into central Paris when required.

Larry’s apartment was great! Centrally located, quiet, and more spacious than we originally expected. He gave us great tips and was very easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Our stay at this chic airbnb was excellent! The neighborhood was fantastic and central, we walked everywhere and had a lot of fun exploring. The apartment itself was beautifully designed and had everything we needed - including a magical built-in coffee machine. We would definitely stay here again and plan to check if it is available on our next visit. The host was incredibly responsive and really helpful in our arrival and departure. Highly recommend booking this little gem in the center of everything.

Madeleine is great host and very responsive , it is a beautiful home in a good locality , metro station and bus station are at a walkable distance . We had a wonderful experience.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Pol’s place. The apartment was stylish and spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable. Great location, easy to get around Paris and a short 15 minutes walk to the Euro star which was very convenient. Nearby ( 5 mins walk ) we discovered a fantastic bakery Mamiche which had pastries to die for. Lots of supermarkets too if you wanted to stay in and cook. Kitchen is dinky but it had everything you needed to cook a nice meal, very well equipped. Great apartment, throughly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Sixtine’s! We arrived early and she was happy to let us check in ahead of time. She also provided a travel cot for our infant and had it set up for us! You cannot beat the location, amenities, and beautiful view of Paris’ signature rooftops. From the beginning of the trip to the end, Sixtine provided perfect communication. We were very well cared for. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We loved Martin’s apartment. It was very comfortable and perfect for a couple. The location was excellent with lots to do locally and close to the centre of Paris. We left on the fast train to Lyon, a 15 min walk from the doorstep. Martin was a great host, always accessible with great local knowledge.
