Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Zwolle

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic house! It is really perfectly appointed – everything you need is there, and it is super clean and spacious. The house is a real retreat to relax with lots of great extras such as the boat, whirlpool and perfectly equipped kitchen. The location is just ideal and our children felt very comfortable there – they even fell asleep quickly, which speaks for the comfort. Overall an absolute dream that we would book again at any time. Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable at the place. The hot tub was already prepared when we arrived which was great! Communication with Samantha was also very pleasant: prompt and totally friendly answers to our questions. We can definitely recommend the cottage!

Upon arrival we could easily get in and everything looked nice and tidy. Very nice quiet area with goats in the garden was very nice. It was a 10-minute drive to an Albert Heijn so that was great. I especially liked the kitchen myself! I do recommend bringing your own (sharp) knives if you are going to cook. We were quickly helped when the salt washed up so the service from Nilo was also great. Had a very nice day and night, recommended!

Very nice and spacious house in a beautiful setting! Both nature and shopping in walking distance. Annemarie and Floris were friendly, quick to respond and gave us all the needed information. We enjoyed our stay.

We spent a wonderful week at Aagje in Een-West. Beautiful spacious house with a lovely garden. Good beds. We met wonderfully sunny weather. Since it is still early in the year, it was also wonderful to sit in the igloo greenhouse at the end of the afternoon;where it was warmed up by the sun. Aagje is a very sweet hostess;cheerful,interested and always willing to give information about the beautiful surroundings. What a wonderful stay we had in this cozy cottage in Apeldoorn! From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. The cottage was sparkling clean and cozy and cozily furnished. The outdoor space was also a big plus. The terrace was tastefully decorated with plenty of seating, cozy lights and a wonderfully warm jacuzzi that was already ready upon arrival. What a luxury to be able to relax there after a day of cycling in the Veluwe! There was also a cozy garden shed with a heater, where you could still sit comfortably. A nice place to relax and unwind. The host was friendly and helpful. We received a clear brochure on the cottage with all the information in it, including some tips to do in the area. After sending a message about which restaurants he would recommend getting an answer right away and we followed one of his recommendations and it was indeed good food there (less than a 5-minute walk) Great stay!!

We were able to find peace here for a few days. Beautiful surroundings with many possibilities for hiking and nice and close to, among other things, Deventer. The area was quiet and everything we needed was present. Upon arrival we were personally welcomed and given instructions/tour of the cottage. Recommended!

The Airbnb had a loft look with all the comforts. We felt right at home and the hosts were very friendly, definitely recommended!

Cosy stay in Diever. Plenty of room and we were welcomed to use the outdoor space. Niek was very helpful and responsive. Great location within an easy walk to the supermarket and the town centre. Simple and cosy farmhouse style living. Perfect

The Tolhuisje was a wonderful place, renovated with love and it was very cozy and cozy. The contact with Marieke and Frank was both Prior to as during our stay, very pleasant. And Raalte is located in an area, where there is plenty to do for cyclists, hikers and lovers of villages and cities.

The apartment is in a beautiful quiet location. And close to public transit. Easy to get to shopping and tourist areas. A rare find! Will be back to stay again!

Great stay, especially for longer stays.... Very friendly and welcoming hosts... The place has all the amenities to feel right at home and then some, the true gem is the backyard porch!!

It was a beautiful place in a lovely countryside

Cozy and complete apartment in a prime location in the heart of Deventer. Jelmer is a thoughtful host who makes you feel welcome and responds quickly to questions.

We loved our stay in this beautiful house! The house is full of comforts and the beds are very comfortable. There is a large veranda and through the backyard you can walk straight into the woods. The information about the house and the recycling possibilities in the area was extensive and clear. In short, an ideal place for anyone who loves peace, space and nature.

We spent a week in Mysigt, the two houses are absolutely fantastic. High-quality furniture, super clean living spaces with loving details. The very well-kept fenced outdoor area is perched with dog and children to simply chill in the garden the day. The Drents Frisian Forest is a 5-minute walk away and an absolutely great forest for walking, climbing and enjoying nature. In 10 minutes you can reach Canada by car, where the Aekingerzand dunes are a true adventure playground. With the dog opposite, there is a dog meadow across the street that is looking for the same in Germany. We will definitely come back to Hogersmilde and definitely in one of Xer's houses! Absolutely great holiday, which I recommend at any time!

Had a wonderful stay at the Princenhof in Oranjewoud. Elbert will let you know how to get in and responds quickly. The Jagershuis is spacious, private and is wonderfully located in the woods. What peace and space. Other than that, everything is available and just great!

The place was just fantastic. Quiet location close to Amsterdam. Top amenities. Sauna and hot tub included. Also a giant grill that worked great. Suitable for a relaxing weekend with family and friends. And a trip to Amsterdam is also in. The hosts were very friendly and always quick to respond and also flexible with arrival and departure times. There was everything you needed. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! The location of the house directly on the water was simply fantastic and the highlight of our vacation. It was especially great that we were able to rent a boat through the hostess – this really made our stay very special. The rooms are excellent: a spacious common room with open kitchen, dining table and cozy seating area that borders directly on the terrace – perfect for gathering as a group and spending time together. The connection to the nearest city was also great, so we could easily make excursions. All in all, a completely successful stay – thank you for that!
