Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

A beautiful new apartment in a monumental building in the heart of Zutphen within walking distance of many shops, bars and restaurants. The accommodation consists of a hall/entrance, a spacious living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, hob, oven, fridge and washing machine. Outside is a private garden overlooking castle walls. Through a gate at the back you have access to a covered bicycle shed with a charging point for electric bicycles.

Since July 2020 our guesthouse has been open for bookings: A renovated old stable, located on the grounds of our farm from 1804, located on 4.5 hectares of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 double beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel cot. It is completely independent. The stable has been renovated while retaining original materials, trendy interior and an amazing view over our garden. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here it is beautiful hiking and biking or visit Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.
