Centrally located in the trendy neighborhood of Zürich Wiedikon this apartment offers a perfect starting point for any activity in the city. Public transport is just a 3 minute walk away with frequent connections in all directions. The apartment has two lovely balconies for relaxation after an exciting day in the city. The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof. Until then some workemissions are possible.

Zum Hallenstadion kannst du zu Fuss zum Konzert und dein Auto gratis stehen lassen. Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon, aber einen Garten mit Grillplatz. Achtung: Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock ohne Lift (48 Treppenstufen). Im Moment ist neben dem Haus seine Baustelle, es kann ab 7.00 Uhr zu etwas Baulärm kommen. soare Geld und koche selbst

This was one of my favorite Airbnb's I've stayed at - the apartment is in a great location (easily accessible to/from the tram and a quick walk uphill from city center), and Yvonne and Alan were very kind and friendly hosts. Additionally, the bedroom & shared spaces were very clean and comfortable, with the right amount of privacy and independence. I would love to stay at Yvonne's again on a return visit to Zurich in the future. Thank you!

I had a pleasant stay at Bert's and Kamil's place. They are very kind, helpful and respectful. The location is quite central, easy access to the train station and airport. They provide a well organized, pristine and peaceful experience. Oh, their dog is an absolute angel. Thank you Kamil and Bert for your hospitality.
