Villa Pehar Studio Delux 4-je studio apartman za dvoje, 23 m2, . Nalazi se u turističkom dijelu Makarske, sa vlastitim parkingom i pogledom na more.. Dovoljno je udaljen od buke i prometa, a dovoljno blizu potrebnim sadržajima. Najbliži restorani i marketi su na 5-10 min pješice, najljepše plaže 10 min, a centar 15-20 min ugodne šetnje uz more, kroz borovu šumu. Isolated property Villa EagleStone is located on and lonesome place and yet only 5 min drive to the beach and 10 minutes drive to town Makarska with all amenities. The house comprises an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom on the ground floor, whilst the first floor comprises 2 bedrooms (each or them has its own bathroom). House is renovated in a traditional Dalmatian style with a lot of care for details. "Olive" is air-conditioned, has wifi, barbecue, parking space, SAT/TV and it is pet-friendly.

Our recently renovated apartments are ideal for guests who, enjoying their vacation, want to feel all the comforts of home. All apartments are oriented south-north, so they have a lovely view of the sea, beach, and islands. Sunsets from our southern terraces look magical, while from the northern terrace the view of Mount Biokovo, which we recommend for lovers of untouched nature.

The large covered balcony offers superb views of the harbour and old city also a beautiful jacuzzi 220x220cm, sun lounges and a shower. Covered parking is in front of the building. The apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and coffee machine, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower. This unit features a balcony, with sea and mountain views.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.

Our apartment is enjoying a quiet location, just a few minutes walk from center of Makarska and the main beach.A supermarket, bakery and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk away from the apartment. We will gladly provide you with all useful information regarding your stay as well as pick you up from the bus station upon arrival. Parking&WIFI is available & FREE OF CHARGE .

In house is included 3 floors . In ground floor there is dining room and kitchen in one, on first floor there is bedroom with bathroom and on the second floor there is a living room with a bathroom which can also be a bedroom for two people. From the parking place there are stairs to the house. Around house there is a huge great space for relaxation.

Dalmatian house in Upper Podgora. Great for couples, cyclists, hikers, older ones. Pleasant climate and beautiful ambience in lavender, peaceful surroundings. 10 min from the beach. Near the entrance to nature park Biokovo (1 km) and Skywalk. If you want you can go with a car in Podgora, Tučepi or Makarska, you will be there in a 10 min drive.
