Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Zuidplas

We liked this home very much. I can mention just two things that could be a problem for future guests. First, the stairway to the bedrrom is very steep with small steps. We could not have carried our luggage up that stairway. Second, all the information about the home (e.g., wifi) is in Dutch. Fortunately, we know some Dutch and could read it. The home is very well furnished and was perfectly clean. It is a short walk to the train station and to the town center — a perfect location.

Hans was a great host, the check in process was smooth, and we loved seeing the artwork and ceramics in his gallery and throughout the apartment. The location was perfect for exploring Gouda and the surrounding areas. We had a great stay and would 100% recommend!!

We had such a lovely stay. The host was super helpful and always quick to respond, which made everything really easy. The location is amazing — so peaceful and quiet, with fresh air and beautiful surroundings. It feels like you're far from the city, but it's actually still close by, which was perfect for us. We especially loved the outdoor area by the river — it was such a nice spot to relax. The house itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and really comfortable. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape without being too far from the city.

We were warmly welcomed by Klaas Jan. Refrigerator was well stocked and there were also some goodies present. The house, and certainly the kitchen, is equipped with every comfort. There was also a covered and enclosed area where we could store and charge our bikes. We sat outside on the banks of the Hollandse Ijssel, at the back of the house. The front is located on a busy provincial road, which is audible in the house and garden. The living room and kitchen (upstairs) are very spacious, downstairs, where the bedrooms are, it is just a little cramped for 3 adults. Also because the master bedroom is only accessible via the bathroom. In addition, there was no curtain/door at the bedstee to darken the daylight that comes through the skylight early in the morning. But all in all we had a very pleasant stay in this super luxurious AirBnB and we would highly recommend it, especially if you are only two!

We had a great weekend in Jacqueline's small holiday home. You live very quietly and the accommodation is perfect for three people. The communication was easy, Jacqueline had good tips for the area and we felt completely comfortable. The breakfast provided in the refrigerator, which was there when we arrived, was particularly courteous. This way, you could save yourself the first purchase. The connection to The Hague is very good with the train station a 10-minute walk away. You can also get to Rotterdam and Delft quickly with Jacqueline's tips for free P+R parking at the train stations. We would keep coming back!:)

Had the pleasure of staying at this stunning location, and I must say, it's truly a work of art. Meineke’s place is in a great location, just an 8 minute walk to grocery stores, historical center of Gouda and the train station. The house is comfortable and very clean. It is very well-appointed with every kitchen tool you can imagine. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing that I think bears mentioning is that if you are sleeping on the top floor, you have to go down a flight of 13 steps to use the bathroom in the night. I’m 72 and need to do that once or twice every night and handled it well. There is a hand-rail and a night light. But, just something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues. Marianne manages the property and lives right next door. She greeted us upon arrival and was very responsive to all questions.

Judiths place is excellent. Just as described in the listing. Very friendly host. `Plenty room for secure parking. Very comfortable facilities. Great stay. will definitely return at some point. Thank you.

The location was perfect for us and accommodations clean, quiet and private. Beautiful town! Hope to return someday!

A very homely place with friendly hosts who were always responsive, flexible and helpful. The toilet is just outside the apartment in the communal hall, but it was for our sole use, and was not at all a problem, so don't let that put you off. The bedroom and ensuite shower in particular are very stylish and look to have been newly refurbished. A lot of thought has been put into providing everything you could possibly need, and making the place comfortable. We especially appreciated the mattress toppers for the sofa beds, and slept very well.

The stay with Marjolein and Michiel was extraordinarily beautiful and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambience with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site of the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, and Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. Overall, the room could be darkened well for sleeping. The car could be parked very safely in the yard. Thank you very much again for the wonderful stay!! Dr. Gerlinde and Heinz Schulte-Brochterbeck

We had a wonderful stay at Bert and Marieke's spacious apartment. We were welcomed by Bert who helped us with our luggage up the stairs and showed us into their well appointed 2 bedroom apartment. It had everything we could need. The apartment was beautiful. We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Bert and Marieke.

Joke & Marcs place was ideal for us as it was well designed for a couple like us. The setting was peaceful and we could sit out in the evening with a drink overlooking the river. Everything we needed was provided and J&M were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you wish to explore South Holland.

What a great place to stay. Perfectly located for exploring Rotterdam and the surrounding cities. Vincent was super responsive and had some great local recommendations.

I loved staying in Usch's craftshop! I felt so cozy and right at home, and the location was beautiful. I loved the giant windows and the garden view right next to the bed. She was very kind, responsive and understanding with a late check-out. I would happily stay here again!

Wonderful space! Beautiful interior, very well equipped for everything you might need over a long weekend stay. Marina was lovely, very helpful and communicative. The bed was extremely comfortable, location excellent, every part of the space is well thought out and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Great stay! Very nice and friendly host. And a super nicely renovated apartment. Everything you need. The surroundings are very nice in terms of tranquility and there is still something for the children : playing outside and watching the horses :-) all in all definitely recommended!

The apartment worked very well for three of us for a 9-night stay. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, champagne, and chocolate! The hosts were gracious, proactive, and helpful when we had questions or needs. The space is clean, well-lit, and modern, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Our daughter declared the sleep sofa the most comfortable she's ever slept on! The entry stairs are steep, but with the sturdy railing and good lighting we felt quite safe on them. The neighborhood has gems for dining and shopping, and you can walk to the City center. A laundromat that takes credit/debit cards is 4 blocks away. Tram stops are close, and they run on a frequent schedule. Parking is limited, so renting a bike is ideal. The bike lanes and traffic signals make it safe and easy to ride throughout the city. Venturing farther is possible by renting an electric car by the hour through the MyWheels app. Their cars are conveniently parked at charging stations around the neighborhood.

Great stay! The apartment is centrally located on a beautiful canal. Despite being on the ground floor, it felt very private. Quiet, lovely design, comfortable--and a very responsive and helpful host who went above and beyond. We hope very much to return again!

Really enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It was a little difficult to get up the steep stairs to the property - I was glad I only had a small suitcase. Would be more difficult if you have mobility issues.

We enjoyed our stay in Malika's apartment very much. The house is centrally located in the middle of the beautiful historic center, which you have beautiful views from the roof terrace and windows. The host was proactive and friendly and gave clear instructions about checking in and out. Already with a very nice experience!

We had a nice weekend in Rotterdam! Ali and Michelle were very helpful and immediately came over when we wrote because the battery of the fire alarm was empty. The house is large and offers plenty of space! We felt very comfortable.

We had a great stay in the light, spacious and well-equipped apartment. It was always a pleasure getting back to a comfortable bed after a long day in the city and it was really nice to have a balcony. It was remarkably quiet for a city apartment.
