Welcome to my charming detached home on the outskirts of Rotterdam – featuring a huge green garden and a cosy interior. This lovely property is located just a stone's throw from the Zevenhuizerplas (5 minutes by bike / 20 minutes on foot) and offers the best of both worlds: the tranquillity of the countryside and the proximity of the cheese town of Gouda and Rotterdam (30 minutes by public transport / 17 minutes by car). The house has been furnished with great care and attention to detail by me, an architect, giving each room a sense of calm and harmony.

Cottage 144

Just get away from it all in this soothing, centrally located accommodation. Our lovely Cottage is located in the middle of the polder in a quiet park. The thatched cottage is located almost at the end of 1 of the access paths and is therefore really wonderfully quietly situated! The spacious garden offers a lot of privacy, but due to the open character you do not feel trapped. Go out during the day, hike, bike, visit Gouda, and at the end of the day have a drink on your own terrace by the water.

Big familyhouse near a beach, 30 minutes to center

Welkom in onze gezinswoning met veel ruimte en 4 slaapkamers (in totaal 7 slaapplaatsen plus eventueel 2 losse matrassen op de grond) Parkeren kan voor de deur en is gratis. De woning is dichtbij een klein winkelcentrum en strand met boulevard, waar allerlei horeca zit. Naast het strand zijn er allerlei recreatie mogelijkheden. Ook is de metro dichtbij, waarmee je binnen een half uur in centrum Rotterdam bent. Rond de zevenhuizerplas is een natuurgebied waar je kan fietsen, skaten en wandelen.

Welkom in ons gezellige vakantiehuis midden in het groen. Het huis heeft twee slaapkamers. Eén kamer beschikt over een tweepersoonsbed met een ledikantje, de andere slaapkamer heeft twee éénpersoonsbedden. De mooie open keuken nodigt uit tot heerlijk koken en lang tafelen. De grote tuin heeft diverse fruitbomen en een mooi terras waar u heerlijk kunt ontspannen. Er zijn twee fietsen aanwezig. Met een kwartier zit u in de stad Gouda. We vertellen u graag meer over de bezienswaardigheden.

In the middle of the nature reserve of the Eendragtspolder, you will find this stylish and centrally located location. Rotterdam, The Hague and Gouda can be reached within 20 minutes. Nearby are several cultural highlights, such as the Molenviergang on the Rottemeren. There are various recreational opportunities, such as hiking and biking in the adjacent nature reserve, boating on the Rotte and swimming in the Zevenhuizerplas. In short, a location where you can be active and unwind!

Peaceful House Close to Rotterdam

The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.

Want to stay centrally in an apartment in the old village center of Moordrecht? Cycling through the lowest polders of the Netherlands or by ferry to an empty hinterland? Within 20 minutes of cycling, a cup of coffee on the Grote Markt of Gouda? In 20 minutes by train from Gouda to Rotterdam, The Hague or Utrecht and in 45 minutes to Amsterdam: Moordrecht=central! This small but nice home is suitable both as a vacation home and to stay for a slightly longer period (max 3 months).
