All guests have a private apartment, there is 1 apartment per level. So there is a lot of privacy. Downstairs we have a laundry, which you can use. We have a chocolate atelier, where you are always welcome ! The setting is immediately adjacent to the city's famous Graffiti Street. A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)

This quietly located accommodation near the beach, shops and terraces with garden is tastefully and carefully decorated and a wonderful stay for a few days or a nice vacation with two or the whole family. As a couple, we are often abroad for work and like to rent our home to people who will enjoy it as much as we do. The house consists of 3 floors and has 2 large terraces with lots of sun and greenery. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

The beach and promenade are only 400 metres away. In July and August, we apply a minimum stay of 5 nights for a relaxing stay by the sea. In a prime location just a stone's throw from the beach, you will find our small cozy double studio at the bottom of the dike. At the front, there is ample parking. Amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants are within walking distance. You can also make the most beautiful (beach) walks and bike rides from your studio. The studio has a double bed, toilet, shower/sink, television, kitchenette with coffee/tea facility and hob, private access and terrace.

Would you like to go to Zoutelande with the two of you? Then this is an ideal place to stay. The studio was completed in 2021 and fully equipped. You are in a quiet part of Zoutelande, but still close to the center. The terraces of this pleasant Zeeland coastal town are a few minutes' walk away. The promenade and the beach are also a stone's throw away. When the sun is shining, you can sit back and relax in the chairs on the seating terrace. Enjoy!

Net buiten Zoutelande is, zeer rustig en landelijk gelegen, onze gloednieuwe ,luxe 2-persoons vakantiewoning. Met een schitterend uitzicht op diverse akkers rondom. Zoutelande biedt u gezellige restaurants, terrasjes, (zomerse)weekmarkt en diverse winkels. Daarnaast, op het zuiden, een ruim strand met enkele strandpaviljoens. Verder is Meliskerke op 1,5 km te bereiken, daar bevinden zich de warme bakker, ambachtelijke slager en een supermarkt.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Cozy holiday home in Zoutelande

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.
