This beautiful new luxury vacation villa with covered lounge area (2025) is practically located in the Drents Friese Wold, next to a golf park and an outdoor swimming pool is 200 m away. The forests are within walking distance. Around the house is a spacious green garden with terraces where you can enjoy the day/evening. In addition, there is a shed for bicycles, etc. There is ample parking on the property. There are 3 toilets and 2 luxuriously furnished bathrooms. The box spring beds are 220 long. Energy neutral

The houses in the park are both permanently occupied and rented out for holidays. You can go hiking, cycling and mountain biking to your heart's content in the area.
