Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

Christopher’s place was exactly like the pictures. My family stayed there for a week and loved it. The host was very responsive, the beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. We had a fantastic experience staying at this condo! The space was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with downright amazing sunsets. The location is perfect for Zona Romantica as it's close to all the beach clubs, our favorite Restaurants La Palapa and Daquiri Dicks, and an easy walk to all the other restaurants, bars, and clubs, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication super easy. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home base in Puerto Vallarta! Thank you Mike and Moises!

The apartment was ideal for 4 people, the sofa bed was not very comfortable but it was fine, the kitchen was super complete, the place was clean and the most incredible thing was that the pool had a beautiful view. I loved it. To go to the esplanade you have to take your car since it is about 15 minutes away but you have 2 squares and restaurants such as Campomar, Madalena and strana very close!

Dave’s condo was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very clean and had all the comforts of home. Had everything you need to make a meal or sit back and relax. We had a wonderful stay and will highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautifully appointed apt at Penisula definitely upgraded from the standard units. I've stayed in orger units at Penisula Torre 1 and Todd's unit felt like a warm inviting home . The corner views are wonderful even though lots of construction below. when you are fitted all you see his beauty from the Ocean to the mountains and city lights. Communication was excellent, friendly and considerate from management who let us in to staff in Torre 1. Only glitch, the keypad didn't work for my private code, management used the back up code to let us in. small glitch only at arrival for a wonderful stay for my family of 4. lots of beach toys for the kiddos. nice linens too. thank you, Todd

I had a wonderful peaceful stay., I loved the apartment it is in a great location, it was clean and bright. It was exactly what needed in this moment. I needed a quiet, peaceful and safe space to be. As a female traveler it’s in important to feel comfortable and safe. I always felt safe. Talia and everyone were simply wonderful, always responded to all my questions and helpful. I would definitely stay again and will definitely look for this apartment when I come back next year.

I was there in May 2025, 4 Nights. The apartment is in a very central area. I would definitely stay there again, it's a quiet place, it has safe parking, we never had problems finding a place. The apartment is very clean, it has details that other places do not have, such as mattress protectors and excellent quality towels. Everything is very well kept. We only had the pool for 2 days because they were going to do maintenance, but that shows that it's a good place where they care about the well-being of those who stay and live there. Betha sent us a message before we arrived with all the directions to enter. He allowed us to enter before check-in and leave after the time without any problem :) Excellent hostess.

Our family (daughters ages 19 & 21) loved Casa Achara! The convenience to beach and town was unmatched. After a busy morning/afternoon it was great to come back and lounge in the pool to plan our next move. We joined the band which played below us one night, and the other nights, while we heard the music from 9:30-11:30, it was nothing that a sound machine from my phone couldn’t drown out. Ebony’s recommendations were fantastic. A tequila tasting at the house with David at Taste of Sayulita was the perfect thing to kick off our stay. Captain Pato took us fishing/snorkeling one day. We caught a ton of fish and then made some ceviche for us to enjoy. We asked them to clean one fish for us and we cooked that at the house that evening, paired with pasta and we made fresh margaritas from leftover tequila. Ally Cat trip to Marietas Islands was is a MUST! Umbrellas/chairs at Don Pantaleon’s were $15 - service was great! Thai food cooked by Ebony’s husband Sam topped off a perfect stay!

Pictures don't do this Penthouse justice. It's absolutely incredible! The Views are outstanding. No need for a sunset cruise, you can sit on the top deck or lower deck and get the best sunset you've ever seen. The private pool was bigger as well. Most are just tiny lap pools. Not this one. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is readily available. It's very spacious and well equipped. The beach is right out in front of the condo building with multiple spots to hang out. Town is super close. You can uber within minutes of whatever you want to do. Pablo was awesome to deal with. I texted him a few days before our arrival and everything we wanted was in the condo ready to go. Groceries, refreshments, you name it, and Pablo will have it ready for your arrival. He also set up transportation to and from airport and a fishing trip for the guys. The owner Clive even checked in on us a couple times to make sure everything was great. I would book again for sure!!!

Amazing place to stay. Everything was as listed, house was perfect for what we needed and loved the pool. I’d say it was walkable, restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minute walk, uber was very responsive for the times we didn’t feel like walking. Jeffry was very responsive and addresses issues quickly. Only thing I’d suggest is on check out day that cleaning and maintenance staff not start till check out time.

Beautiful property and very well maintained. Location is perfect! It is very close to the beach (4 min walk) and to the town (8 minute walk). We chartered transportation from the airport through the Airbnb and the rental company turned out to be located right next door. They also had golf carts for rent, which was very convenient. They have a restaurant next to the rental place that has great breakfast and dinner. Sayulita is magical! We had an amazing stay.

We had the best time staying at Villa Vargas. It was clean and spacious and great for a group. The only area for improvement was the WiFi was pretty slow but otherwise everything else was perfect.

Don't think twice about renting this house! It was out of a dream. The architecture is absolutely stunning (coming from an interior designer). The rooftop has views of the ocean and is one of the highest points of any nearby structures. Each room has it's own bathroom and the rooms are cleaned daily (except for Sundays). The pool provided some shade which was welcomed as it kept the water cooler. House is walkable to the town via a quick walk. We enjoyed the quiet setting that was close to a vibrant area. We rented this property with their other property- Saturno - for a large group of 13. It was great to have the two connecting properties which can be opened via a gate. Honestly one of the coolest places I've ever stayed in. Hope to come back some day!

This is the ultimate group house - yet still walking distance to everything you want. Theres a bit of a one block hill but it’s easy enough. Theres four apartments are well furnished and maintained. Rooftop is great for group meals. Would recommend catering some meals. A+++

Our stay at Roberto's home was fantastic. The house is very unique and on the top of a hill with a beautiful view - it is just far enough from town to feel very private while still being a walkable distance from everything. Roberto was very friendly and responsive throughout the trip. I highly recommend staying at this listing - it will make your Sayulita experience unforgettable!
