Nice Apartment with garden and fire place

Fully equipped flat. Kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. A living room with TV incl. DVD player and pull-out sofa is available. In addition, there are 2 desks in the living room, which can be used as a workplace. A monitor with HDMI connection is also available. In the bedroom there is a large double bed (1.80x2m) incl. bed linen with wardrobe and clothes rail. Shutters for complete darkening are available. Daylight bathroom with shower and toilet incl. towels. A big plus is the large garden incl. campfire place for free use. Wood is available next to it! So nothing stands in the way of an evening campfire with the children with bread on sticks and sausages. In summer, a paddling pool can also be set up. A barbecue and large dining table with 6 chairs are also available in the outdoor area. Most of the time, the table is protected in the wooden hut, but of course it can be brought out if it is not ready in the garden. A private parking space is available directly at the entrance to the property (see pictures). There is also free parking along the road. Ruhig und unweit des Funparks gelegene Souterrainwohnung mit charmanter Terrasse. Unsere 50m2 Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene + 2/3 Kinder oder max. 3 Erwachsene. Ausgestattet ist das Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Boxspringbett und im Wohn-/Essbereich befindet sich noch eine Schlafcouch (1,20mx2,0m). Das Haus wurde neu gebaut und befindet sich am Rande eines kleinen Waldes. Der Funpark ist fußläufig in 5mins erreichbar, Supermärkte erreicht man mit dem Auto in 5 mins.

Die Wohnung umfasst 2 Schlafzimmer mit einer Größe von 20 qm. Die Schlafzimmer haben 1,60 x 2,00 Meter große Betten. Das Wohnzimmer hat ca. 25qm und bietet genug Raum zum relaxen oder auch für einen Spieleabend. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und ist erst vor kurzem so wie die Ganze Wohnung Kernsaniert worden.

The main market as the central square of Nuremberg can be reached in just 200 m, and the historic Imperial Castle is only 400 m away, just a stone's throw away. The exhibition center and other sights can be reached quickly via the Lorenzkirche underground station. Despite the central location, the apartment is quiet and offers a fantastic view of the castle.

Unsere Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende, kleine Gruppen und Familien. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Bett mit ca. 120 cm Breite zur Verfügung. Im Nebenzimmer gibt es ein Hochbett (ca. 90 x 200 cm) und ein Etagenbett (2x ca. 90 x 200 cm). Bei Bedarf haben wir noch ein klappbares Gästebett.
