Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

My place is ideal for families and friends who want to break away from a hectic life. The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

In the winter, it is particularly nice to enjoy the fire after a trip to Rügen or Usedom. In the evening, in the clear sky, it is worth going outside and admiring the stars in the deep darkness. Vacation in the monument - only 400m from the water. Built in the 1930s, the Oberförsterei von Rieth am See was located in this house a few years ago. The house has been lovingly renovated and is now exuding an atmosphere that is like no other. The very individual equipment with antiques furniture, combined with modern elements and art you will surely like it. Sauna is located in the thatched former horse stable in the park-like, 5000 sqm garden.
