Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

The Naturstammhaus near Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom offers you two bedrooms, each with two double beds, a beautiful bathroom with a large shower, an open fireplace, a spacious terrace with a porch swing and a direct cycle path to the Baltic Sea beach. A walk through the nature reserve behind the house will take you to the Achterwasser lagoon on the island of Usedom. There is a one-time cleaning fee of 80.00 euros, and bed linen packages are available for an extra 20.00 euros each.

The country house on the Achtwasser is a real luxury vacation home: The exclusive thatched half-timbered house in ecological clay construction with idyllic water views is located in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park. On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

Haus Ilsenburg is a simple but comfortable holiday cottage close to the beach at Koserow on Usedom. It's ideal for relaxed family holidays, quiet couple time or activity holidays. Haus Ilsenburg has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining and living area with wood burning stove. Outside there is a woodland garden with a covered outside terrace . The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

Perfect for couples or small families on a Baltic Sea vacation! This apartment can accommodate up to 3 people with one bedroom and a cozy sofa bed (incl. baby/child). The large living and cooking area leaves nothing to be desired: fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer combination; large dining table; modern TV; fireplace and large terrace. In the large bathroom you can pamper yourself with a bathtub, shower and sauna.

It is an approximately 115 m² vacation home with a large sun terrace for up to six adults + 1 child. At any time of the year, it offers everything you need to relax and unwind. Two double bedrooms and a large family bedroom are available. The downstairs bathroom has a spacious sauna. The fireplace provides romantic coziness.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Our house is locatet in the heart of a small village called Zinnowitz. It has two apartments. This is the one in the 1st floor. The beach is about 300 meters away.
