Zingsthus is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation by the Baltic Sea. Nestled in a quiet side street, it’s just a short walk from the beach. You can enjoy cozy comfort all year round, complete with a terrace and sauna. It is only a few minutes by car or bike to the beach. Shopping (bakery, mini market, bike rental) in the village. Barth/Zingst with shopping facilities are easily accessible by bike/car. On site: Wi-Fi, playground table tennis, badminton, meadow for soccer or volleyball.

On approx. 100 m², the house offers enough space for up to 6 adults – even up to 2 four-legged friends are welcome. On the ground floor you will find a bright living area with a cozy dining area, a kitchen and a modern shower room. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sauna are upstairs. The attic has a bedroom with two single beds

Quiet apartment with balcony

Our apartment (36 square meters) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with an awning invites you to linger outside. Guest parking is available on the premises. Storage facilities for bicycles are also provided. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with shutters and insect screens. No pets allowed in the apartment. In the high season, we usually only rent by the week.

The house can accommodate the whole family and still has enough retreats if someone needs peace and quiet. Not far away, the Bodden with its sandy beach invites you to swim.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.

Welcome to the apartment at Grabow Not far from the apartment you will experience a breathtaking landscape surrounded by water, cranes, storks and migratory birds. The Bodden landscape can be explored wonderfully by bike. And if you feel like it, you can also jump into the water. Relax and forget about everyday life. Fishing lovers will also get their money's worth. There is a boat dock on the Bodden

Large house right on the water

The two-storey holiday home is surrounded by a very large garden with direct access to the Bodden via a private jetty. The large terrace by the house and the garden invite you to linger. You can explore the surroundings with your own canoe or stand-up paddleboard. You can, of course, also go fishing from the jetty (except in May). There is also a small house on the large property.

Crooked Kate

The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.
