Randy and his team were amazing! We stayed for 15 days and ended up adding two extra days for a total of 17 because we just couldn’t get enough. Everything was absolutely fabulous. The views are breathtaking, and the villa is even more spacious and stunning in person than it appears in the photos—which is saying a lot, because the photos are beautiful. Housekeeping was a lovely surprise—they came every other day, even though the listing said once a week. The home was well-stocked, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. In the neighborhood, there’s a Can-Am cart that you can call to take you to the community restaurant and beach club. The drivers were always kind and helpful—we made sure to tip them to show our appreciation. We had an amazing time and truly hated to leave. We’re already looking forward to returning soon. Don’t hesitate to book this stay—you won’t regret it!

Our family of 4 had a fantastic time at Rebecca's place. We had plenty of room, plenty of amenities and the view was perfect. What a treat to fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake up to the gorgeous beach view. The location was not only so close to the beach but also a very easy walk to vendors, restaurants, cafes, grocery shopping. The location had nice, pristine pools and a beautifully kept residential area. The beds were comfortable and everything was nicely decorated; the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals should we want to. We will definitely be back here!

The pictures accurately portray this beautiful home. The views were breathtaking, with stunning sunsets everyday. The Condo was well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils to cook delicious meals. Any issues were handled promptly by the Owner Eric and resolved as quickly as possible. One of the the things we appreciated most was that there was enough breeze during the evenings that we didn’t have to have the air conditioning on as we enjoyed the end of day activities. We loved the place, it is very quiet and familiar, just what we were looking for. Fernando was very attentive and responded to us as soon as possible, we would definitely return to the place.

My family stayed in the place and they told me that the house is very nice, it had everything necessary and above all it was clean. Liliana received them and was very friendly, she also responded to her doubts. On the other hand, she responded to all my messages in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this place.

An extremely pleasant vacation, the subdivision is a quiet place except for some neighbors who I imagine rented the house too and did not respect the pool rules, otherwise everything was excellent, it is in a very good location (we moved around in a private car) because from there the most popular beaches of Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa are quite close, there is an Oxxo right at the entrance of the subdivision which is very much appreciated. The attention Eduardo and his wife gave us was excellent, always attentive and very kind, we would definitely stay here again.

Great value for the size of the home. Sadly had to leave due to an emergency so I didn't get to enjoy it long enough, but I'll definitely be back! Great hosts were very understanding and helpful.

Love this spot -- so convenient and close to all things Ixtapa...the view is great -- sunsets galore. We also really enjoyed the proximity to the beach -- and the fabulous pool...though the ocean is rougher here than other spots, but it is clean and not as busy either. The Apartment had everything we needed, the staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. The only issue really was that the apartment was too cold -- the air conditioner cannot be turned off, and even its "warmest" setting was too cold for us. We prefer ceiling fans and windows. I am grateful I came from a cooler climate so I had some long pants and a sweater. This is a lovely part of Mexico -- our first time and we would like to return! thanks Diego!

A beautiful place, with good access to the sea. Great hosts, and a very warm atmosphere The only thing would be that the internet does not arrive very well, and some appliances like microwave or an oven are needed. But to disconnect and be enjoying 100 of the place with your partner is ideal

i really liked it!, the house is spacious and cozy, very nice and quiet . The sr daniel took very good care of us, very friendly! in the place in there are stores nearby.
