A very nice place, the building is still affected by the hurricane, but the location is excellent. Please, just change the mattress, it's in terrible condition and doesn't allow you to rest well.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Victor’s place! It has everything you need for both a short escape or a longer stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and each room felt clean and inviting. Victor was a fantastic host and provided plenty of local recommendations. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

The place was super quiet and very nice, it's just like the photos and the description, it's a complete house, it's very safe because it's a private residential area with security, you have places to eat nearby and an oxxo to shop, as well as a taxi stand. If you go on weekdays and in low season, you have the pool and jacuzzi all to yourself. Fabiola is a great host, always attentive and quick to respond, they also give you very clear and specific instructions for everything, but any questions you have are quickly resolved. We will definitely return, it became one of our favorite places to rest from the city, it is a great summer house.

Excellent house! It has a beautiful view. The only thing was the stairs, because there are a lot of them to go down, so you have to consider light luggage. Everything else was amazing, great service from the person in charge. Everything was really clean!

I'd stay at this villa a thousand times more. It surprised me that it was a hotel, that made it even better since they were going to clean daily and with a great attitude. If they are hungry and do not want to leave ask about restaurants at the reception and they give you a brochure and a couponera, the seafood is spectacular from the restaurant they recommend. Porfirio was an attentive person at all times, always attentive and with an excellent attitude. The service, both from him and in general, was very good. The facilities and the apartment are in perfect condition: everything is very clean, tidy and incredible. However, I would like to point out an uncomfortable situation that I experienced on Thursday 12 in the main food hut. A waiter - tall, with curly hair and a robust complexion (in fact, the only one with those characteristics) - had a rude attitude. I asked for help to put up a parasol, explaining that I was with my dad in a wheelchair, and his response was negative and very unempathetic. He even whipped the umbrella tube, justifying that it could not be used due to the weather conditions, although clearly there were other tables with umbrellas in use. I think it's important that staff are trained to treat people with respect and sensitivity, especially when there's someone with a disability. Thank you for everything.

I want to thank Jorge for his hospitality and high level of professionalism. I always resolved any situation quickly, which made my stay very comfortable. The apartment is very cosy and has an excellent location - nearby there are supermarkets, Oxxo cafe and the beach is just a minute walk away. The pool is clean and nice. Everything is designed to enjoy and rest. I am very satisfied with my stay!
