A completely new and equipped place just steps from Joluma beach (exactly 30 seconds across the street) with incredible views of nature and surrounded by trees and singing birds. A very comfortable place, ideal for nature lovers, bird watching and tranquility with very elegant finishes. It has a king size bed, a super comfortable sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi.

THE COTTAGE

Relax in this unique and quiet getaway. The house is a private space on the beach, it has 4 levels, all spaces have a terrace and wonderful direct ocean views. On the ground floor is the pool and terrace, the kitchen, living room and full bathroom, on the first level two armchairs bed and the tapanco are your double bed and full bathroom, finally the master room with a king size bed, air conditioning half bathroom and a beautiful decorative copper bathtub.

Bird's Nest House, made of bamboo and palm; located in the upper part of the reserve, above the treetops. It's a studio house with very fine bamboo finishes. It has a jacuzzi for 8 people in addition to all common areas. Its octagonal adobe and bamboo kitchen has a Segovian oven and traditional Mayan stove.
