The morning wakes you up with bird songs composed by a wide diversity of birds such as the Golden Vireo, and Mexican Chachalaca. At night you will hear from below a cicada's serenade. The Villa is in close proximity to one of my favorite beaches, Playa, La Ropa. You will be captivated by the view of Zihuatanejo Bay.

Villa 47 is located in the exclusive complex Playa Iguana which is next to Marina Ixtapa and 15 min. away to Zihua. The Villa has 3 bedrooms; 2 with king size + individual bed and a MasterRoom with King Size bed; kitchen, indoor / outdoor living room, wooded dining room. Maximum occupancy 8 (including babies) otherwise you wont have access to the complex. Be advised that ID is requiere by the administration and it is mandatory to be send 3 days before arrival.

Our house has a beautiful garden full of lights that create a very pleasant atmosphere, 4 rooms located outdoors overlooking the pool, a spacious but very warm room that will make you feel at home, dining room and kitchen equipped with utensils, they do not need to carry anything to cook, the location is excellent you can easily walk to places of interest, as it is only 400 m from the beach and shopping centers, bars, night centers.
