Welcome to the city. Our apartment is located in the center of Rostock in a commercial building on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Right between City Hall and Universitätsplatz. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants, steakhouse, cinema, church, museum and street cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The city harbor is about 10 minutes away on foot. The University of Music and Theater 8 min. The approximately 115sqm maisonette apartment can be reached via 2 flights of stairs.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

On 120 m² you can vacation with the whole family in Rostock. A child-friendly bedroom with bunk bed (90 × 200), toys and play tent, another bedroom with large double bed (180 × 200), a workplace, as well as a living room with electric fireplace and 75-inch TV with sound system as a highlight await you. The living room opens into an open kitchen with a large table and modern kitchen. Here, two more people can sleep in the pull-out day bed (160 × 200).

The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near the Parkstraße S-Bahn station (to Warnemünde 20 min). It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. Nearby are the Barnstorfer Forest and Linden Park. University, Ostseestadion and Stadthalle are within walking distance! There are plenty of shopping opportunities and it is a 10-minute walk to the trendy district of KTV.

The front garden is for exclusive use and offers both sun and shade. Guests have private access to the apartment, which is not used by the landlord.
