Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. New apartment attached to our residential building with large garden. Separate entrance. Close to the center, within walking distance to downtown, the city palace, the museum and the Auepark. Good connection with public transportation and short distances to shopping. We have dogs. Our house is free-standing between fields, forest and meadows in beautiful scenery. The former farm is located near Wolfhagen.
