Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic house from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & was very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay colors. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another hand-painted approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered.

Hello dear guests, in the middle of the Thuringian slate mountains we offer a spacious accommodation for up to 5 people. The accommodation has solid basic amenities and is located in a small village on the edge of the forest. Here you can simply relax, enjoy great excursions into nature or to the Hohenwarte reservoir (Thuringian Sea), which can be reached on foot via a 1.2 km hiking trail. The holiday home 'Werner' is located in Neustadt, in Vogtland, and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday in nature with your loved ones. There are dams and bathing opportunities in the immediate vicinity, as well as good hiking and cycling opportunities. The 50 m² property is situated near the forest and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Cottage in the heart of Ziegenrück, the "Pearl on the Thuringian Sea" We have lovingly renovated the house with ecological materials and gave it the old charm of 1904. On 200 m2 on 3 floors, it can now accommodate up to 12 people. The rooms are airy, with historical details from many decades. The house is located in the middle of the Thuringian Slate Mountains, close to the Hohenwarte reservoir, the ideal area for hiking, bike rides or canoeing.
