The apt is at the first floor and it consist of an open space area with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a nice kitchen and a cozy bathroom. It is a very good position to explore Lake Como and its landmarks.

The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

The house is centrally located in the beautiful mountain village of Ftan (1650 meters above sea level). The flat has its own entrance. 1 parking space (free) is available below the house. Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
