Welcome to our Central Local Flat! Together with my wife we are renting our apartment here in Zermatt. We used to live in Zermatt for 6 years. With us, you will get the best local tips in terms of planning your ski day, hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, restaurants, bars, shopping etc... Our Flat is located in the old, central and calm part of Zermatt. You can go anywhere by foot and the Ski stations as well the Restaurants, Bars, clubs and shopping areas are just a few minutes away.

The holiday home Casa Luna is located in the Winkelmatten district of Zermatt. We rent out the Monte Rosa apartment, which accommodates up to 6 guests. It features a sunny terrace with an unobstructed view of the Matterhorn. With ski-in / ski-out access, you can reach the valley station directly from the house and return in the evening. On request, we offer a bread delivery service. Guests can also use the wellness facilities at our partner hotel for an additional charge

Nice studio "Chalet", renovated in December 2020, for 2 people with Wifi and TV. Large shared terrace with views of the village of Zermatt and the Matterhorn (in winter, see photos). Kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, Nespresso coffee, kettle, toaster, Raclette & Fondue. A double bed (140x200) with storage drawers, a wardrobe, table and chairs furnish the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Bedding, bath and kitchen linens are available.

Oasis-Zermatt Penthouse with Matterhorn view

In a prime location in the centre of Zermatt and right next to the Sunnegga cable car is this sun-drenched penthouse with a breathtaking view of the village and the Matterhorn. The penthouse has every comfort and has been finished with great attention to detail. There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. One bedroom only has a skylight, the bed is accessible via a small ladder and is located directly under the roof. Suitable for children and young people.

Our renovated studio is centrally located, 5-10 minutes' walk from Zermatt train station. Climbing the stairs to the house (90 steps) is always worth it, because the accommodation is characterized by a lot of brightness and a view of the village. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment is equipped with a bathtub, a cozy sitting area and a 1.80 m bed. A TV with Apple TV box and free Wi-Fi are available, as well as a lockable ski storage room.

Holidays in fantastic mountains, ground floor

My accommodation is close to family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location. Here in the Saas Valley, adults must pay CHF 10.5 and children between the ages of 6 and 16 must pay CHF 5.25 in summer. At this price, all buses in the valley and practically all mountain railways can be used free of charge. In winter, the tourist tax costs 7 Fr. for adults and children pay 3.75 Fr. In this price the ski bus is free in winter.

Elegant and serene, a Walliser Stadel (traditional Valais-style barn) stands in a small side-street. Used for agricultural purposes over many centuries by our forefathers, it now offers every comfort for regeneration and for a return to the essentials.
