Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

The Naturstammhaus near Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom offers you two bedrooms, each with two double beds, a beautiful bathroom with a large shower, an open fireplace, a spacious terrace with a porch swing and a direct cycle path to the Baltic Sea beach. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

House Kornblume. Your home on Rügen.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.
