Friendly host and spacious appartment! Nice appartment equipped with everything needed for stay. Unbelievably big balcony with great view. The only thing to consider - proximity of highway, otherwise perfect place for two families or group of friends! Highly recommend this place for long stay! Thanks Florian for hospitality!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Zell am See. The place was very spacious and spotlessly clean, which made it perfect for me and my family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washing machine was a huge plus, especially since I was traveling with small children. The location is excellent – right across the street from a Billa supermarket, which made grocery shopping super convenient. The apartment is also well-situated for exploring the area. Kate, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. She always replied quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, which might be a bit challenging for families with strollers or people with mobility issues. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Good one-room apartment with separate toilet and bathroom. Loved the backyard access with nice views of the mountains. Super convenient for snowboarding in Kaprun (only a 15-minute drive!). Several supermarkets are right in front of the building. The provided coffee machine and capsules for the week were a plus. Fridge was an okay size. However, the construction noise at the back of the building during weekdays was quite disruptive – lots of banging and crane sounds. Also, the WiFi signal in the apartment was very weak; I had to use my own 5G. On the fourth day, someone unexpectedly entered the apartment while I was there, which was a bit concerning. Overall, a decent stay for the location and views, but be aware of the weekday noise and weak WiFi.
