If the beach weather is not so nice, you can explore our beautiful Hanseatic city of Stralsund with its restored old town, the unique gable houses, brick houses such as the town hall, the three large churches, two monasteries, our marine museum and the newly built Ozeaneum, which is located on the harbor island in the immediate vicinity of the tall ship Gorch Fock. Our apartment can accommodate up to 5 people + 1 toddler. A small beach with a small pier invites you to linger 10 minutes away. Hiking enthusiasts can explore and enjoy the untouched nature in our nature reserve at height 23. Your vacation home consisting of a two-room apartment/59 m² with terrace (barbecue and fire bowl) and a small playground (tree house with slide, swing and sandbox) offers a place of relaxation. This holiday house, completed in September 2025, is in a quiet location in Stralsund/Devin, not far from the Strelasund. A small swimming beach as well as the spa park with spa house(restaurant) are within walking distance. A bus stop in the immediate vicinity allows convenient excursions to the old town of Stralsund. Southeast of Devin is the nature reserve "Peninsula Devin" and the Devin recreational area was newly created with about 17 km of hiking trails.

Our beautiful apartment is located directly on the Strelasund not far from the center of Stralsund. In less than 5 minutes you are at the Strelasund with a small beach. Our apartment is located on the ground floor and offers spacious accommodation. A car parking space is available for our guests. On the furnished outdoor terrace you can enjoy the morning or the evening. The historic old town with its beautiful sights is only about 1.5 km from the property.

For rent is a vacation apartment near Stralsund, city limits 5 km away. The city center is about 10 km away. In 15 minutes you are on the island of Rügen by car. The seaside resorts can be reached in about 40 minutes. Arrival by train is also possible (to the train station on foot approx. 5 minutes). The nearest grocery store is 2.5 km away. Guests can feel comfortable in two rooms renovated in 2016. An opportunity for an extra bed is provided.
