Do you recognize this? Suddenly you've had enough. Get away. Adempop. Relax. You already see it all for you. A detached holiday home with garden. Not on a par. Only clothes and some groceries have to come. Wake up in the morning from bird sounds instead of that rotten alarm clock. You open the curtains. And there you see the horses walking. Forest bungalow with lots of privacy.

Cottage Wipperoen has been in our family for 50 years. It is not on a holiday park, extra safe in these corona times! In 2018 it has been completely renovated and equipped with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best part is that it is in the middle of the trees. All freedom on our own terrain of 1100m2! From the cottage you walk into the forest in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

On a small-scale arable farm, lies this atmospheric studio with its own entrance. The studio includes a full kitchen, dining table, cozy sitting area and a double bed. A baby doctor can be placed on request. The bathroom includes a bath tub, shower and sink. There is a separate toilet. Outside there is a lovely seat. A wonderful base to relax and unwind! There are also plenty of activities nearby. Wildlands Adventure Zoo, for example, is 5 km away.

Our farm was completely newly built in 2015, we live in the back house and the front house is furnished as a vacation home. 5 private parking spaces, a spacious garden with terrace where you can sit. 1 ground floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom.
