We had a great time staying at Completado with Rose. It is a nice quiet place in a nice neighborhood. The Florintina hotel has a nice restaurant. The location was great, It is close to everything but not in the middle. Rose is a greatest. She is very responsive and helpful with everything. She helped us renting a motorbike, going on a tour of Apo island and even with getting our laundry cleaned. We enjoyed our stay at Completado apartments. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Dumagete.

What a blessing to stay in Kaylene's place. Great professional security, a unit that was as advertised and that had everything we needed. Always responsive and with unit managers Gemma and Christian helping us throughout our stay. A perfect location, close to everything, including nearby ferries to Siquijor island. I highly recommend you stay here.

This was my second time staying here. Clean and matches the pictures and description. Will consider staying again next time I am in town.

I’d say it’s worth the stay if you’re able to. Only downside I would say is the wifi (I know they don’t have control over it) but over all really good experience no complaints. Easy to grab a cab and Landry service down stairs is perfect.

If youre looking for a place to stay in Dumaguete where almost everything you’ll need is very accessible.. near jobee, mcdo, rizal blvd, siliman university, Bo’s coffee, piblic market, malls. Host is very nice as well as the caretaker. I would book again for sure.

I felt right at home Quiet,just what I needed, however you need your own transport,cause the venue is totally out of the way for most, if not all pedicabs.

The home is beautiful. All the details thought out and styled. Very comfortable. The neighborhood offers a lot of privacy.

I use Airbnb whenever I can to find interesting places to stay, slightly off the beaten track, in tranquil surroundings. This place ticks all the boxes and much much more. It has 2 properties on the lot separate from each other, I stayed in the smaller bungalow, basiv6and rustic in essence which I liked, the place is so peaceful, relaxing and magic, as the sea is at the end of the garden, so clear, nobody around and with plenty sea life. But what makes this place so special is Jonathan the host, he was a super host to me, Superjoe his nickname, he has been so helpful, so available, so nice, I have never before experienced such kindness, he came to pick me up at the pier, took me out for dinner, and drove me to the property, he brought me a bicicle to get around, made sure I had plenty of water to drink, invited me to a gig, he is also a great musician and person, and took me grocery shopping. Everybody on the island rents scooters the location although great needs own transportation

-Responsive owner -clean and complete amenities -wifi sakto lang nawawala sya dahil siguro umulan -Location is about 30 minutes from town (Rizal Boulevard) where you can eat and buy pasalubong, 500php one way ng service na provided quite expensive pero wala naman kasi din grab trike na nagaaccept, better if lalabas isang beses na lang at bilhin need para makatipid sa transpo, lbeacuse medyo malayo nga sya sa main road but going the airport 10 minutes lang ibang road yung daan.

Rigil Kent's house is exactly as described in the descriptions. Kent described the house, the surroundings, and the island so well that there is no comment left to add. I recommend that you read Kent's description carefully. Apart from the description, Kent was a wonderful host and even a friend beyond being a host. I am incredibly pleased to have met him. As a host with three Airbnb apartments, I have learned a lot from Kent's service. We will try to provide some of the services we receive to our guests in our own apartments. I will definitely stay at Kent's place again and continue to comunicate with him as a friend. Our days were very pleasant with Kent's garden, chickens, and the fresh eggs his chickens laid. We rented Kent's motorcycle at a very affordable price for about two weeks we stayed at Kent's place. You can inform Kent in advance that you need a scooter. Don't miss the opportunity of this beautiful house on this beautiful island in the middle of nature.

we loved staying here at Clide's place. the rooms were quite clean and spacious. the pool is overlooking the ocean, and the restaurant served delicious food and drinks. the staff were very attentive to our needs, even after we asked to check out really early at 4am! i highly recommend Clide's place, will definitely stay here in again

Great location with restaurants and a small mall nearby. This cozy apartment was great for our family while visiting Dumaguete! Kaye was a great host and was able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner. We will definitely be looking at staying here again on our next visit!

The place was exceptionally-maintained and immaculate. Everything inside looked brand new and elegantly designed, which really radiated modern style. When I arrived, it was spotless and perfectly prepared for my stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating too, checking in was a walk in the park. The amenities provided were spot-on, and the price was very reasonable considering the quality of the space. Loved the modern interior, it created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. I had a fantastic stay at Hanz's apartment! The space is lovely, featuring a big TV and very efficient air conditioning that kept the rooms nice and cool. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and having a washing machine is a great bonus. Check-in was seamless, and I noticed significant improvements in security compared to my previous stays—there were no delays this time at all. Compared to other similar units I've rented, this place is a real bargain. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

A hidden gem with marine sanctuary of all sorts of fish during my snorkeling days right in the ocean sea front paradise. The waves crashing into the sea wall every second was so soothing to my heart and soul out on the front deck while watching another golden sunrise & get my early morning sunbathing done before 8am for breakfast Time I cook in a fully stock kitchen of everything I need. The water dispenser another plus as I drank a lot of water. The waves crashing in was so serene for me all day to heal in nature. A motor scooter a must to explore up to the waterfalls or going to a grocery store or fruit stand on the main road. There's 1 walkable shack right across the street that has eggs,water and snacks. It was a peaceful tranquility experience Merci

This property has a beautiful view. Many restaurants are in walking distance. Supermarket is a short tricycle ride away. The property is well maintained, easy to check in. There is lots of security there, so you feel safe. The Host was very professional, hospitable, and prompt to address any concerns. I definitely look forward to returning to this property.
