Condo holiday rentals in Zakinthos

Le logement était très moderne, super bien équipé et idéalement situé. L'hôte est très réactif et est de bon conseil pour aider s'il on a des questions. Il nous a fait plusieurs recommandations de restaurants et celui que l'on a pris dans la liste était super ! Je recommande ce logement pour découvrir Zante.

Once google maps sorted things out getting there was easy. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, suggested some things to do, beaches and restaurants. The place is exactly as advertised. We loved the place. I'd recommend renting a car for sure while you are there. You can walk to places, but it is busy street with not a lot of room to walk. He had all kinds of beach equipment - masks, snorkles, umbrella, etc. We thought the place was a bargain. We loved the setting. We could not have been more pleased.

Notre séjour chez Tasos et son épouse Sinead s’est très bien passé et a été au delà de nos attentes . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié : - La proximité immédiate avec les plages et le centre de Kalamaki (tout est à 5 minutes). - toutes les bonnes surprises fournies et que nous n’avions pas forcément identifiées à la lecture de l’annonce : linge de plage et de maison fourni en quantité, passage d’une femme de ménage tous les 3 ou 4 jours , provisions de première nécessité fournies pour les premiers jours …. - la réactivité ultra rapide des hôtes à la moindre question / demande : « aussitôt dit , aussitôt fait ! » . - l’organisation de la maison qui a été pensée dans les moindres détails et qui donne l’impression que « tout est simple » ! Nous sommes également des super hôtes Airbnb et nous avons pu apprécier tout le travail , l’engagement et la passion que Tasos et Sinead ont mis dans leurs différents logements Airbnb avec l’obsession de toujours fournir le meilleur service.

Aggeliki est une super hôte avec un logement incroyable et de qualité ! Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Tout était parfait, je recommande vivement !

Thanks for a great stay - we enjoyed our time in Zakynthos. This place was central enough to get around with our car. There is a lovely tavern down the road.

Ωραίος χώρος και καθαρός Στο κέντρο της χώρας πάνω από τον πεζόδρομο. Το μόνο αρνητικό που από ότι καταλάβαμε ήταν για όλη την χώρα είναι το πάρκινγκ

Geweldige locatie! Mochten eerder inchecken dan normale incheck tijd. Vanaf begin tot eind was Stratos een geweldige host! Reageerde ook gelijk op onze berichten! Alles was precies hetzelfde als op de foto's, ruime en schone woning, uitzicht op de haven, geweldige restaurants, winkels, alles was makkelijk te vinden op loopafstand. Appartement was perfect!!! Wij hadden een auto gehuurd en konden zo het hele eiland verkennen. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Rania war eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Person. Sie war immer interessiert ob alles in Ordnung sei oder ob wir was brauchen. Für twei Personen ohne grosse Anforderungen ist das Studio Ideal. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig aber trotzdem zentral. Es hat eine Treppe zum Studio aber sehr gut zugänglich. Danke Rania, Gerne wieder.

This is a great place to spend a few nights. We could've stayed there at least a week. We were excited to stay there considering we wanted to use our car less and walk in town (parking can be hard). Everyday we found a lot of parking spaces close to the appartment around 5pm (we were there in may, maybe different in prime summer). We could walk to town, every cafe, restaurant we wanted. It is one of the closest appartement to the "big boat" port for sure and a 20 min walk to the "main port". A/c was great, bathroom was very confortable and the underlights used throughout the place were great at night. Some things to note for: - A lot of stairs in order to go up to the appartement, not an issue for us - A lot of cats in the area so make sure you close the complex's door behind you - A great little market / corner store right downstairs, useful for drinks / beer / snacks - Some people noted the place as noisy but it was never during our stay. Maybe a few boat horns as they departure.

Beautiful very clean apartment, central location. Giannis and his mother were wonderful. They were really prompt at responding and took great care of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back.

Thank you again for the wonderful vacation! It was a pleasure to meet Panagiotis, who is a very friendly and sociable host. The place is quiet and peaceful, and we had an amazing time staying in this apartment. The spacious terrace is perfect for enjoying morning coffee and evening family time with a glass of wine. The location is ideal for exploring the entire island by car. If needed Lidl and local supermarkets are just 10 minutes away. The surroundings are marvelous, offering beautiful landscapes from every window.

Hôte très réactif et accueillant. Logement contenant tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Paisible, calme, plage privée. Bar ouvert proposant une limonade maison excellente! Petites attentions de la part des propriétaires très appréciées. Recommande à 100%!

Super Wohnung, sehr sauber, wunderschöner Ausblick, tolle Restaurants und kleiner Supermarkt problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zuerst fehlten die Handtücher, aber Panagiotis hat sofort reagiert und 30min später war dann alles perfekt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit auf dieser wunderbaren Insel!

Ik heb mijn verblijf als super ervaren, fijne accommodatie op een toplocatie! Alles wat ik nodig had was aanwezig en de Supermarkt was om de hoek. Je bent met 3 minuten lopen in hartje centrum waar winkeltjes en restaurants zijn. Met ongeveer 10/15 minuten lopen heb je 2 strandjes. De accommodatie is niet handig voor mensen slecht ter been.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Uiteraad kun je zien dat Stephanie ook zelf gebruik maakt van de ruimtes wanneer zij deze niet verhuurd. Dit stoorde ons totaal niet.

Wat een fijne plek! Veel van de restaurants gingen al dicht, maar daar had Stefanos ons op voorbereid. De gastvrouw was heel lief en niets was te veel. Er was een kleine taalbarrière wat communiceren soms wat moeilijk maakte, maar uiteindelijk kwamen we er wel uit! We konden de accomodatie niet heel goed vinden eerst, maar dat was vooral omdat het al donker was. Er hangt een bordje bij de weg met de naam van de villa’s. Maar deze naam staat niet in de advertentie, alleen onder de berichten van Stefanos.

Apartment II is newly refurbished with obvious love to details and attention - it looks exactly like the pictures. It is located in an authentic area not far from the main road and therefore convenient to many surrounding destinations. Also the shared garden/patio and pool are welcoming (many amenities to entertain children) and accurately designed. Alex is a sweetheart: always available, proactive and receptive.happy to help always and to share his Island’s tips. His kindness helped me cope with my light sleep and the two lovely - although barking - dogs patrolling the residences from their kennel. Zakynthos is worth visiting and Alex is great at making anyone feel “an insider” to this Ionian gem.

Ons bezoek aan Zakynthos begin oktober leverde ons enerzijds wat meer bewolking, een beetje regen en gesloten locaties op het eiland op. Maar tegelijkertijd nu een rustig eiland met alle ruimte om de PRACHTIGE zee te bewonderen en te genieten van de het ZALIGE eten en de FANTASTISCHE mensen. Ons verblijf in Lofos Soilis maakte de droom compleet. Het appartement ruim, werd iedere dag schoongemaakt en we hadden de beste, met uitzicht op zee vanuit de voordeur! Dionysia was ongelooflijk aardig, zeer flexibel in check-in en check-uit en gaf goede tips over wat te doen op het eiland. Wij gaan bij een volgend bezoek aan Zakynthos zeker weer terug naar Lofos Soilis!

One of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Matched the description and photos perfectly, everything was so clean, the shower was lovely and warm with good pressure. Pool was clean and a lovely addition. The place was right by the sea, you could see it from the balcony, it was so nice to be able to pop out and be in the sea in less than two minutes. We felt so at home here, all our needs were catered to, we were able to check in early and also leave our bags there all day after we had checked out. We’re both so sad to be leaving but will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Zante, I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay in Ammoudi. Both Aggeliki and her brother Alexis were friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for a relaxed stay and the poolside bar and restaurant had a great menu at very reasonable prices. The whole week was relaxing and that had a lot to do with the way Aggeliki manages her place. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again.

Maria was super lovely and welcoming. Amazing communication and wonderful host. She helped with booking a taxi and gave us a local recommendation as well as letting us checkin early and stay at the pool after checkout so we didn’t have to wait with our bags in Keri for hours. Also very cute dogie

Could not recommend more highly if you value quiet and peace, with easy access to all beaches and life in Zakynthos. There are other apartments sharing the pool but we often had it to ourselves. It's a gorgeous setting surrounded by olive trees and a view of the nearby sea, good air-con, very comfortable beds and very clean - we had no mosquito issues, good to have netting on windows and door to balcony as we liked to wait until we really needed aircon by leaving windows open and listening to the crickets and the wart hogs ? And the strains of music and the birds..... just bliss. You can walk into Zakynthos but best to get a car rental as taxis back can be a long wait, as we found out one evening ! We were lucky as the hosts were on site while we were there and Sonia and Dionissios were so generous in taking the time to make sure we had a fabulous holiday. This is one to repeat.

Wonderful place, lovely people, great hospitality, generous and friendly. They treated us with a glass of wine upon arrival, then next day of arrival, they made for us a nice fruit salad next to the pool, and also treated us with a wonderful breakfast on the last day! Very kind and polite family/owner and personnel! The location is also great, in walking distance to everything you need: supermarkets, sea, restaurants, pharmacy, clinic, tour sales offices and … The property is completely safe and kind of private. Seems you’re living at your own villa! We really suggest it and get the same place if we go again to Zakinthos.
