This brand new house is located near the city center and most popular beach in Zadar .The house consists of two apartments with separate entrances and the roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and sunbathing area. Both apartments are fully equipped and have two bedrooms, living room with dinning room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are air conditioned. Our guests have free parking ,WiFi and barbecue.The entire house is available exclusively to our guests and all facilities are private.

My place is close to art and culture, parks.We are set in quite neighbrhood, very close to the center of old part of town, you can take a beutiful walk by the sea, at the beutiful sunset(rated by Hitchcock), and get in old town. Nearby are beautiful city beaches, the closest one is 7 minutes walking, if you donT like the walking or you dont have a car the bus station is 1 minut away from the apartment. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the people.

Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).
