The entire apartment is brand new, very bright and spacious, offering 70 m² of airy living space. Two large rooms: Room 1 with a super king bed for 2 people and Room 2 with two single beds. In the large living room, there is a large corner sofa bed that can be converted into two additional beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking. Each room has its own air conditioner. A perfect base for exploring all the historical monuments, excellent restaurants and bars. Close to the Zadar Bridge.

Casa Ana is located near the city center in a quiet park with free parking. The property consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with separate beds. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and other appliances. The bathroom has towels, a hairdryer, and toiletries. There is a flat-screen TV in the social area. The first beach is only 200 meters away, the first restaurant is 300 meters away.

The Old town is less than 350 m away, a supermarket, bank and post office right across the street, as well as the bus station, from where you can reach all city beaches within 15-20 mins. 2nd floor with an elevator. NO PETS allowed.

Downtown is 10 walking distance, but you can also use small boat called "barka" which is rowing boat and makes unique experience for you. You should try it!
