Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Zadar County

La communication a été très agréable. Iva est disponible pour toutes informations nécessaires. Un grand merci pour toutes les attentions apportées pendant notre séjour. Le beau temps n'était pas toujours à rendez vous, mais les enfants ont eu de quoi s'occuper dans le logement. Encore merci pour cela. Le logement est situé près de la mer, on peut y accéder à pied en 10 min. La rue est très calme. Tout le nécessaire est présent dans le logement pour y passer un bon séjour.

Sehr nette ,saubere Unterkunft in dem ruhigen Ort Betina, vom Vermieter hat alles bestens funktioniert, Wünsche wurden sofort erledigt. Natürlich gibt es zu dieser Zeit ( November) nicht so viele Anbote von Restaurants, etc, aber in Murter gibt es um diese Zeit auch sehr gute Restaurants, und die sind ja in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Jedenfalls top! Gerhard

Lídia nagyon kedves házigazda, mindenben segített, nagyon-nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A környezet szép és csendes, a tenger két perc sétával elérhető. A ház felszereltsége kifogástalan.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und sieht in echt sogar noch besser aus als auf den Bildern! Es gibt alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht. Der Pool ist beheizt und daher immer nutzbar - zudem ist das Meer ja ohnehin direkt nebenan. Der Gastgeber war super nett, proaktiv und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen, das ganze Haus gezeigt und mit Tipps zur Seite gestanden. Insgesamt war die Villa jeden Cent wert!

Ivan gibt einem das Gefühl, zuhause zu sein. Der Check-In mit ihm war äußerst angenehm da er multilingual agiert [kroatisch, englisch, deutsch] Es waren alle nötigen Hilfsmittel vorhanden und vieles mehr (Kaffeemaschine, Föhn, Netflixzugang, Poolzubehör). Sämtliche Fragen die wir hatten, wurden über Airbnb innerhalb 20 Minuten beantwortet [zb Einkaufsmöglichkeiten] Der komplette Urlaub wurde auf besondere Art abgerundet angefangen bei Der Begrüßungs-Vesperplatte bis hin zu selbstgemachtem Apfelstrudel seiner Frau. Auch zum Abschluss gab es ein tolles Amusement. Wir werden definitv wiederkommen. Als Gäste gekommen, als Freunde gegangen. Wir haben selten so einen aufmerksamen Gastgeber getroffen. We stayed at this villa in a group of 9 people. The place was spacious, there were enough rooms, private bathrooms and 3 kitchens to host all of us. All the amenities mentioned were working and in perfect condition. We especially enjoyed the evening views form the rooftop of the villa. The pool and jacuzzi are both overseeing the town and the sea. The location is private and away from the town fuss, however, to get to the Old Town we had to rely on Bolt/Uber as its not a walkable distance to do daily. There is a shopping centre 15mins walk away from the villa with restaurants, supermarket and clothing shops though. Overall, it was an incredible experience! Definitely recommend this place for group holidays 💯

Huset är perfekt för större sällskap som söker en lugn och behaglig plats att tillbringa sin semester på. Vi hade stora förhoppningar på boendet på förhand men blev trots det än mer positivt överraskad av platsen och alla bekvämligheter som fanns på plats. Bibinje är en mycket mysig by precis utanför Zadar, med bra restaurang utbud, bageri och mataffär. För den som vill bada i havet är det endast en kortare promenad. Kruno som värd får högsta betyg, ständigt hjälpsam och mycket trevlig. Han hjälpte oss med allt från transport till och från flygplatsen, tips om restauranger samt utflykter att genomföra. Summan av kardemumman är detta ett toppen boende med en toppen värd, hit skulle vi gärna komma igen! // Ingrid & Familj

Maja ist ein wunderbare Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns mit Eiern ausgeholfen, als sie Läden geschlossen hatten. Und mit einem Küchengerät, das wir für ein besonderes Gericht benötigten. Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, sehr hell und ruhig. Zu Fuß ist man entlang der Küstenstraße in ca. einer halben Stunde in der Altstadt. Ein schöner Spaziergang. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen Dank!

아파트먼트 공간 내부에 2개의 전용 주차공간(야외1개,지하1개)이 있어서 차로 이동하는 분들에게는 아주 편리한 숙소입니다. 전용 차단기는 주차카드를 인식해야 열리는데, 체크인을 할 때 한명이 내려서 주차 카드와 열쇠를 가지고 내려올 필요 없이 호스트분이 직접 마중을 나와 주셔서 차단기를 열어주셨어요. 덕분에 아주 편하게 입실 할 수 있었습니다. 숙소 내부는 두명이 묵기에 과분할 정도로 넓고 쾌적하고 깔끔했습니다. 발코니에 햇빛과 바람이 잘 들어서 발코니에 있는 테이블에서 식사나 휴식을 취하고 빨래를 말리는데에도 아주 유용했습니다.(빨래건조대, 빨래집게 있음!) 자다르 구시가지와 해변가까지 도보로 이동하는데도 멀지 않고 가는길에 작고 예쁜 항구를 볼 수 있어서 정말 좋았어요. 멋진 숙소입니다 :)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Vinko und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft sah genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern und war sehr sauber und großzügig. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, bietet einem aber alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir hatten die ersten Tage noch kein Auto, konnten aber alles, z.B. einen kleinen Supermarkt, Restaurants und den Hafen in ca. 15 min zu Fuß erreichen. Der Strand ist auch sehr schön und gut zum Baden geeignet, wenn man Steinstrand mag. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. ☺️

Miejsce urokliwe, przepiękny widok z tarasu, mieszkanie bardzo zadbane i bardzo czyste, na miejscu parking, czuliśmy się tam jak w domu. Bardzo mili gospodarze, pomocni. Wszystko na plus. Same pozytywne odczucia. Łatwy dojazd do centrum, niedaleko świeże warzywa owoce i pieczywo. Bardzo piękne plaże w okolicy. W apartamencie było wszystko co potrzebne do codziennego funkcjonowania na urlopie. Polecam serdecznie :))

Meri's apartment is a great choice for staying in Zadar! The apartment is located in a family house, so we felt very welcome, and the atmosphere was friendly. :) The apartment description is accurate; we had everything we needed, and everything was clean. You can easily park in a private space right in front of the house, and the grocery store is located within a short walkable distance. Communication with Meri was perfect, and there was no problem. I highly recommend this place. :)

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, Mario ist ein toller und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. In dem Zimmer mit Küche fehlt es an nichts für einen kurzen Urlaub, der Grill kann auch benutzt werden. Wir haben Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen und konnten E-Scooter oder Fahrräder von Mario benutzen, um z.B. in die Altstadt zu gelangen.

We had the best time in Zadar and Luka and Leti really helped with that. The flat is lovely, super clean, great light and view of the sea from the balcony. The flat is in a peaceful alleyway and less than 5 minute walk from the beach. The hosts were super responsive and even sent us great recommendations for things to do during our stay, great tips for places to eat, the best nearby beaches and nice sightseeing in the area. We loved every minute! We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back. Thank you so much Luka.

Wir hatten einen sehr schön Urlaub. Ana und Ihre Mutter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön zum verweilen. Die 20m zum Meer stimmen. (nicht nachgemessen müsste aber hinkommen) . Preis Leistung ist super. Einen schönen Strandabschnitt für Kinder gibt es auch! Ana kann euch da bestimmt ein Tipp geben.😉

Muy lindo departamento y muy buena ubicación si estas con auto. Marin fue atento y nos dio recomendaciones sobre dónde comer y qué playas visitar. Recomendado!

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

Przepiekne miejsce z cudownym widokiem na Zadar i pobliskie wyspy. Mieszkanie czyste, gustownie urządzone na wysokim standardzie. Jacuzzi do dyspozycji przez cały czas. Przemiła Pani Marina, która dbała o nasz komfort każdego dnia. Wypożyczalnia rowerów tuż obok. Cudowne miejsce na relaks dla każdego.

Je recommande à 100%! L’appartement était parfait, très bien situé, beau et propre. La terrasse sur le toit était très agréable et bien qu’elle soit partagée, nous n’y avons croisé personne d’autre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’hôte, qui a été proactif, nous a fait de nombreuses recommandations pour les activités et les restaurants dans la ville selon nos goûts. La communication avec lui était facile et fluide. Les petites attentions laissées dans l’appartement pour nous accueillir à l’arrivée nous ont tout de suite fait sentir que nous étions les bienvenus.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Michelle. Nous avons été accueilli par Andreas qui a été très accueillant, attentionné et toujours de très bons conseils. L'appartement est conforme à la description et l'emplacement est idyllique pour des vacances paisibles loins des lieux bondés de monde. Je recommande cet appartement allez y les yeux fermés...

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy and helpful communication. Apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean comfortable and cozy. The location, especially the balcony and private water access was so nice. There are a couple of good nearby restaurant options (including 1 next door with boats of tourists coming by the waterfront access most days). Really lovely and kind hospitality from Vedrana’s mother, Jasna, including welcome fruit from the property and drinks. The only possible critique is the internet is a little slow, but steady and functional for most things. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und modern. Wir haben die Terrasse mit der wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang geliebt. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Nin, Zadar, bzw. die Erkundung der vielseitigen Landschaft mit dem Fahrrad oder E-Scooter optimal. Ein schöner Sandstrand ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren absolut lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
