Very friendly host; always pending, with lots of food recommendations and amenities nearby. On a depto on a first floor with parking within the subdivision. If you have a car in 20 minutes you get one downtown. The best part was the very friendly service.

Loved it, very clean everything, friendly and friendly. The person who took care of us was very attentive, the bed was very comfortable, I loved the pillows! 😁 I slept comfortably. I felt safe and the location is private, would come back ⭐️❤️

Absolutely beautiful property and the perfect size for a group of 6 - so many different spaces to hang out, work, or have downtime for ourselves. Communication, check-in process, and general information/guidance were excellent.

The place is far from the centre of Oaxaca where many of the things to see and do are, you’ll need a car if you stay here - Taxis aren’t as accessible / convenient depending on time of day. Otherwise, great place and made use of the rooftop. Very clean, easy check in.

Due to the geography of the city, in this area the houses do not handle garcheras, if you are one of those who car is very worried about leaving your car in the street Think well, if you arrive without a car , it is the best because you remove that earring. Of the rest, everything is OK host and installation.

Our stay was very comfortable, the guard was always very attentive and friendly, it is worth making room to enjoy the apartment, the area is quiet and the view is beautiful. Rosa provides you with all the necessary information about the place and recommendations for the city. As a recommendation, you should book taxis in advance for departures.

A highly recommended place, we loved everything, the jacuzzi is amazing, everything is very tidy, clean and beautiful. We would definitely come back.
