We loved our stay in this beautifully designed house, being designers ourself we have high standards but this house really stood out - it’s more beautiful in reality than the photos. The furnishings are such a high quality, the beds are all so comfy, the kitchen is so well equipped. Only more keys are needed for a 4 bed! We will definitely be coming back!

Well sized house, private and on the beach. Very nice braai area and house and room layout worked well for 6 guests. We had a great time and will be back.

Adri was responsive and friendly throughout the booking process. The kids throughly enjoyed the pool and the easy access to Shark Bay. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone especially if you’re travelling with little ones!

Perfect getaway for large family group, ample space to host a big party of people in comfort. Can't beat the beautiful location, we were spoilt with beautiful weather and felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. Really appreciated the late pm check out. Mieke’s cottage truly is a home from home. The home has all amenities, modern and very comfortable. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome. There was a lovely welcome selection of drinks in the fridge, and a lovely bottle of wine. Lozanne is a wonderful host - she is attentive and kind. The children (and the adults) absolutely loved the animals. The splash pool was a lovely treat. We stayed for just over two weeks, and we were so sad to leave. We felt safe and secure at all times. When needed, Lozanne and her husband were on hand when we had a question. We hope to return to stay at the cottage when we visit in 2026. 5 stars in my opinion. Thank you for making our visit to South Africa such a special one.

Beautiful home. Historically it used to be a radar tower, so it is a lovely combination of perfect position, quaint layout and sympathetic restoration. Enjoy perfect, uninterrupted sunsets. Safe, comfortable and spacious. We visited in autumn which is a lovely time.

Lovely place with everything you need. Lovely terraces, one hiding from wind and one with lovely views! Would def visit again

Personally for me, this property ticks all of my boxes. Spacious, quiet, secure, nice surroundings, garden, pool, every amenity you could possibly need, close to shops - 5 to 10 minutes drive in multiple directions and you will find a collection of shops selling everything you could need and also far enough from the hustle and bustle to appreciate the quiet. My go to in Cape Town if I’m lucky enough to find it’s available. Book early. Don’t hesitate!

Perfect spot! Can't beat the location!

Wow what a stunning house in the perfect location for a relaxing weekend away from it all. Just 2 hours drive from Cape Town, Aurora is a tiny town literally in the middle of nowhere. There is a small shop and a coffee shop and that's all. You need to come with all your supplies as we were told on booking. Rojeane's house is a home from home, equipped with everything you could possibly need. The house is beautifully furnished and designed and perfectly positioned for the stunning sunset views. We had plans to hike and take a trip to the coast and we were so instantly relaxed that we did nothing. We read books and played with board games from the cupboard and then had delicious long braais into the night. The homemade feta and sourdough bread were so delicious we were begging for more! We were travelling with our teenage children and 2 small dogs and we all wished to stay another night longer when we left. It was a great family weekend away from the city.

A wonderfully beautiful and serene home nestled in the countryside and with lovely views over the water below. It looks even better than the pictures if that were possible. The home is very well equipped and we were struck by all the thoughtful touches in terms of what was provided. The walks/trail runs around the home are just lovely with gorgeous views and lovely traditional fynbos. Very much recommended.

The place was more beautiful than in the photos. We had a great time staying here. Will definitely book again when next I’m visiting

Jacob was an excellent host, responding immediately and being available if needed, not that we needed to contact him in regards to anything... Just the knowing assurance that he is there if needed...

We had an amazing stay, Trudi is such a wonderful host and person. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She has a lovely warm nature, we also met her husband. My pups as well loved the garden. It was a relaxing and beautiful weekend for sure. We will be making another booking very soon :-) Thank you Trudi

Liaan's place was the perfect space for our family plus our dog to relax for a few days in the beautiful sunshine at Langabaan. It really was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and Liaan was flexible with arrival and check-out times which was much appreciated. Lovely outdoor areas to entertain in and the outside bunk room was perfect for the teenagers. Would love to return.

What a wonderful time in an immaculate home at the beach front. Beautiful views over the ocean whilst playing card and board games (provided) with the family. Extensive library to read from and a kitchen VERY well equipped with lots of pots, pans and serving plates. The bed linen were clean, comfortable and high quality.

Very comfortable stay, within walking distance from the beach. Ample space and a warm fire for the chilly evenings. Would recommend!

A group of us (5 people) were using the house for several days as part of a wedding party and it worked really well. A real home from home, and a wonderfully peaceful place to retreat. The loft is delightful with a wonderful bath-tub - but just be aware: the steps up are a bit steep and because the staircase is open sound moves from the sitting area to the loft and vice versa. Paul was an excellent host and really went the extra mile. I would definitely recommend his place.

Duinhuis was superb! The view is spectacular and you honestly feel like you living on the beach with the ability to open the veranda directly onto the beach. The interior of the home is exquisite and very comfortable. Yzerfontein is safe and secure allowing you to enjoy the panoramic views and town, with all it has to offer.

Such a beautiful situation right by the beach, just open the door and walk down the sand. House was very comfortable and had all we needed. Duncan was super helpful on arrival and throughout. Would definitely go there again

Gerny was an amazing host. The house is beautiful and pristine and had everything we needed. We felt right at home from the moment we opened the door. We loved every moment. The views from braairoom is amazing.

A spectacular stay....comfortable room, had everything we needed and a lovely host. I highly recommend this spot if you need a stay in Paternoster. Close to restaurants and shops and has a beautiful view over the bay.
